Day four.
Tonight we'll be entertaining guests so I baked us up a batch of raspberry-lemon cupcakes. They look so cute and taste so guud. Can't wait for dinner! Lol.

The ktichen is open to the great room offering a large space for entertaining. The island with an eat ledge is four feet tall and has eleven feet of counter space. In addition the large corner pantry gives the kitchen much storage space.

This photo was taken on May 4th, about a week and a half before installation started. Both of us absolutely love the Arts & Crafts Period, so this kitchen just wasn't what we wanted. After lots of research, we had lots of ideas for our "new" kitchen. We contacted Paul Lloyd of The Master's Hand in Lancaster, PA. After explaining what we wanted, Paul was able to transform our ideas into the pictures that follow. To keep costs down, we decided to keep our existing cabinet and drawer boxes. We purchased the new hardware from Horton Brasses (via the web). We decided that we would do the painting . . .
