Looking north up the Bow River at Castle Mountain and the Castle Junction bridge. This iconic bridge provides access between the Trans-Canada highway and the old route, the scenic Bow Valley Parkway.

Fradley Junction is a canal junction between Fradley and Alrewas near Lichfield, Staffordshire, England and the point at which the Coventry Canal joins the Trent and Mersey Canal. It opened in 1790, and several of the buildings around it, including The Swan public house, are grade II listed structures.

NS C13 is waiting to head north with the town of Mingo Junction behind the train. In the middle ground a number of old mill switchers appear to be rotting to the rails. Between those and the Ohio River at the bottom a collection of tank cars occupy some yard tracks. Mingo Junction, OH 4/26/2020
One of Conrail’s “Mingo Monsters”, C636 6781, is in the Mingo Junction, Ohio roundhouse for a little attention on August 21, 1978.
CSX M565 descends the BRC connection down to Rock Island Junction behind an SD40-2 and a YN2 AC4400. The track on the bottom right is the South Chicago Industrial Lead which leads down to 100th Street Yard.

After a crew change, Union Pacific SD40-2s No. 3479, 3254, 3276, and 3204 depart Riverdale Yard in Ogden for Salt Lake City the morning of July 13, 1987.

The Fantasy Faire sims always inspire me to try out different sky settings and filters when saving the images. If you see me standing still in a corner on one of those sims for like 30min, don't worry, I'm just playing with settings!
66504 is surrounded by semaphores as it heads out of the Machen branch line into Park Junction with a very early running 6C80 14:10 Machen Quarry to Stoke Gifford.
On a summer's evening in May 1988, the nominally daily MGR 7O85 Toton to Northfleet heads south past the switched out signal box at Neasden Junction behind large loco liveried 56097.
The train is heading for the Blue Circle cement works at Northfleet providing coal to operate the kilns at the plant.
Neasden Junction is on the freight only line connecting the Midland mainline at Cricklewood with the Great Western mainline and the Southern Region via Kew.
Surprisingly, in early 2022 the three signal boxes on this route at Dudding Hill, Neasden Junction and Acton Canal Wharf are all still operational.

Santa Fe’s CF&I local passes through Salt Creek Junction on its short journey from the yard in Pueblo, Colorado to the Colorado Fuel & Iron plant. By this time, the sprawling complex was largely shut down.
