Laying down plastic on layers of fiberglass tape and cheese cloth.
The fiberglass tape gives strength and keeps things from slipping around. The cheese cloth pillows it up so the plastic can inject better around the strands.

Color pigment injector. This homemade unit injects via a magnet a little color pigments to a falling droplet. The amount of pigment can be regulated by a screw. Only 2 ml/schot is need to form excellent colors.

Injector Rubbers replacement 24-05-2014
Vandaag de rubbers van mn injectors/injectoren vervangen, had al een tijd geleden gezien dat de omgeving rondom de injectoren vies was. Dat kan duiden op kleine lekkage van brandstof door versleten rubbers.
Nieuwe rubbers besteld en vandaag aan het werk gegaan. Was ongeveer een uurtje werk. De cups zijn nog in goede staat, dus die worden nog niet vervangen.
