Hot Chocolate - One Little Cup at a Time

I mixed about 5 ounces of milk with about 2.5 ounces of chocolate, plus some crushed red pepper and cinnamon.

...Not enough chocolate! Good god, I increased the chocoalte and decreased the milk. I think. Oh lordy, I need to melt a entire chocolate bar in a shot of milk.

After a fresh haircut and an impromptu portrait session I have taken pity on my son. I won’t post it here, but you can imagine a young fellow with good looks, sharp eyes and a confident smile. It was a great portrait.

Mexican Hot Chocolate cupcake - chocolate, cinnamon, cayenne pepper. Whipped cream and Kahlua topping, with bittersweet chocolate shavings.

I found the recipe to be dry. The flavor was amazing, though, and I will definitely make these again with a few adjustments.
