These are prototypes. I was commissioned to make Hot Chocolate Cupcakes. This is the first recipe. The decorative cup is hand made by me. =)
I have been the whole day in a sad mood - than the woman in the radio told us about Blue Monday - I don't believe in thuch things, but today it was my real feeling.
Ozone Coffee (Shoreditch) do a mean hot chocolate and fabulous breakfast. Highly recommended for the London rainy season

I'm not sure how this differed, if at all, from a melted chocolate bar. Whatever, it was good. The menu recommends saving some for the next morning when it forms a pudding. Or so they say. I wouldn't know.
This should be the standard for hot chocolate. Add all the fancy flavors you want but it should start like this.
Also, it would have really helped out those churros.
Finally, once again the dessert I had off the back of the truck was better than whatever it was that you ate.

The Dutchman Coenraad Johannes van Houten discovered in 1825 the basis for the production of cocoa powder, cocoa butter and chocolate. He discovered how the cocoa butter from the cocoa beans could be squeezed.
