I made Jenis Splendid Pistachio Ice cream at home!

Homemade orange buttercream frosting. Yum!
0.5 cup butter, softened
Zest from 1/3 to 1/2 a regular sized orange (wash it first)
3 cups powdered sugar (more if you need it to be thicker)
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
6 TBL orange juice concentrate (More if you need it thinner)

Made with rum and madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. Needs to sit for about 7 more weeks. I can't wait to use it!
This homemade threshing tool is made from wood, leather and plastic. The wooden handle is held and is used to slap the threshing paddle (the part which is woven with leather) forcefully onto the barley and wheat stalks. Few families used this tool in 2007. Instead, they use mechanized threshers that greatly speed up the process and require far less labor.

So I decided to try the popular Oreo cupcakes. However, due to the lack of proper ingredients... They turned out hard and dry. :L Another fail. But I won't give up!
Another batch of homemade donuts. This time I didn't fry them but used a yeast batter to bake just how you would to a normal bread. Turned out salty however. Will make another trial in the future.
