The men folk smoked meats and tomatoes out in the yard while the women folk attended Cinderella! This was what was waiting for us on our return :>))!!
- tofu and vegetables simmered in milk crab soup
- welsh onion saute
- cucumber tomato salad
- sauteed lotus root
- seaweed soup
- deep fried tofu, cabbage, and anchovy fillet
- pickled turnip
- carrot salad
- onion miso soup
- rice
- chicken and enokidake mushroom hamburger
- boiled spinach dressed with sesame and soy sauce
- sweet potatoes boiled in orange juice
- wakame seaweed soup
- rice
Strawberries on triscuits with super light cream cheese.
Too much cake and too much alcohol = too much schmish.... For the past couple of weeks, I've been challenging myself by eating out less and eating a lot healthier, but still having tasty and appetizing meals that don't scream "DIET!"

Junk food Sunday - airfried Japanese crispy chicken.
Verdict: Super! No extra oil added, crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside. I think I made mum a very woman today.
