Finished meatball dish.
Made Lidia Bastianich’s green bean gratin, but with Underwood Farms yellow wax beans and Garden Of’s fantastic torpedo tomatoes. Add some fresh basil, mozzarella, grated pecorino, and some bread crumbs, and put in oven to make melted deliciousness.
Cut eggplant open, drizzle w/ chili & extra virgin olive oils (i made chili-garlic-extra virgin olive oil) and sprinkle w/ sea salt
This cheese slicer/grater that ER bought from Holland has been around for more than 10 years...Rika was using it for the 1st time...She was stucked and could not proceed after grating the cheese...she had forgotten to pick up flour while we shopped at the supermarket earlier! Blur Queen, right? :) Anyway, her dad bought the flour for her after he finished work...
