Patrick's first brussel sprouts

Made Lidia Bastianich’s green bean gratin, but with Underwood Farms yellow wax beans and Garden Of’s fantastic torpedo tomatoes. Add some fresh basil, mozzarella, grated pecorino, and some bread crumbs, and put in oven to make melted deliciousness.

そら豆は柔らかく湯がいてつぶして塩、胡椒、オリーブオイルで和える。

パルミジャーノチーズ入れるの忘れたw

いつもはむね肉を使うのだけれど今日はもも肉を使ってみた。

脂分が多いのでしっとり柔らかくできる、少し茶色くなってしまったのは

塩と紹興酒を振って1時間ほど置いていたからかな?

This cheese slicer/grater that ER bought from Holland has been around for more than 10 years...Rika was using it for the 1st time...She was stucked and could not proceed after grating the cheese...she had forgotten to pick up flour while we shopped at the supermarket earlier! Blur Queen, right? :) Anyway, her dad bought the flour for her after he finished work...

海老と長芋であっさり餃子、塩と山椒でいただきました。

didn't have the energy to "plate" it in the end, still tastes the same though!
