My first attempt to shoot the full moon. Handheld camera, no tripod, shot straight up, leaning out a window, close to midnight. Some minor JPEG artifacts and some blurring. I'll try again tomorrow night.

These outcroppings have been filled with carvings and graffiti for over 100 years. This smaller one is about 10 feet high and 20 feet across and 15 feet ''deep''.

They used to be a party spot, and the interior of many still bear scars of attempted vandalism, and names dating back to the early 20th century (maybe earlier).

The outcrop is adjacent to I-25 (10 yards East), but only accessible via service roads 5 miles in either direction. This particular group is on the backside next to the service highway (you can see it camera-right).

This is 20 shots composited (portrait aspect) - stitched by Calico - a Macintosh auto stitching program. I shoot handheld and rather rapidly (as fast as I can focus and compose the next frame).
