From a shot of a building in the town near us. Although these specific ravens in the artwork are png elements, the town is home to a large number of ravens. Many of my previous works feature real town ravens, and many more will hopefully follow in the future. If our national electrical grid holds up, which sadly, is doubtful. But one can always hope.

The small peony tree in our backyard gets about three large blooms every year, and if I'm not on the ball, I miss them, as there are other plants in front of it. I was looking for them, and two days ago, voila! There they were in all their beauty, only to last a few days.
This is a seven image focus stack.
Is the translation of this part of River Weser. Great area for hiking and biking. Bad Oeynhausen, Ostwestfalen, Germany

Handheld at 400 mm. Pretty much straight out of camera. The fog made for a nice aquarell painting look.
Handheld shot, I don't know why I didn't take the tripod with me. Wait, yes I do. I meant to take some hand held sketches on the way back to the hotel from the club and then come back with the tripod, only I didn't get back.

Handheld, I have now ordered a pocket tripod so I can get these stopped down a little more and longer exposures at lower iso.
A tiny bit of moss peeping out of the frost on my wall this morning.
The sun wasn't illuminating it for long, but long enough for my hands to get colder than I had realized... until I returned indoors and endured a very slow and painful `defrosting' of my fingers! :D
Taken with my MP-E 65mm, at 1x magnification, in natural light, handheld(ish---leaning partly on wall).
