Two shots taken handheld (which is VERY unusual for me). I was out fishing and the light was fairly nice, so i just had to shoot a few shots. Think these two turned out great. Polarizer on both images.
Another handheld shot on the Fuji X100s whilst out on a bike route.
The convenience of having this in a cargo short pocket is pretty neat.
Handheld scanner with an error (apparently, no configuration and no IP address available?). Is the device running an embedded version of Linux with framebuffer to display graphics?
In this shop, clients are allowed to pick a scanner when they enter, scan goods by themselves and just pay in the end (with control sometimes). The whole rack was unavailable for customers but only this device seemed faulty.
(I don't believe the nirvana is to handle such device - something the woman seems to express in the background)

more playing around with the canon hdr in dpp. 20d, using white balance bracketing. three quick burst. combined image in dpp.
Very pleased with this photo, had a really hard time figuring out which angle in wanted to use since I got as many as I could let me know what you think and any hints to make it a better photo! Thanks

I used a trial of the latest version of Photomatix, tweaked with PSE 7.0, added contrast with Picnik. And shot at ISO 800 with auto bracketing on mySX20.
The memorial hall is made of timber, brick and corrugated iron. It was opened on 11 May 1963. Inside the hall is a timber honour roll and a set of images of honorees.
