Hand turkey! Not the easiest thing in the world to shape, and the build is actually fairly technical, but I'm very satisfied with how simple the end result looks.

It's no picnic hand rearing a kangaroo joey, they must be fed every four hours, but they're gorgeous little things and they grow into the most delightful bundle of long legs and tail. Of course they must be returned to the wild when they can fend for themselves.
