It was finally nice enough in the upper Midwest USA to play outside early this past week. Our granddaughter asked to play with bubbles. Have a great week!

I don't know what this is. I know I want to start photographing daily again and I'm not sure of what to do. A 365 is a little bit too much for me right now, and 30 days seem... short. I might not have time to shoot on weekends. So I don't know. I'm just going with the flow here.
The end is nigh.
Penultimate faff for the year and off to the pub at lunch tomorrow so not banking on a grand finale.
Catch you tomorrow 👍👍
I take no credit for this photo (other than the frame) as it was taken by my Son in Law who unfortunately doesn't do flickr, so I'm posting it because they are my Hands and I think he created a lovely composition here.
Club comp, live music. Cropped from a club night earlier in the year as I hadn't anything better.
10th =
All alone, or in twos
The ones who really love you
Walk up and down outside the wall
Some hand in hand
Some gathering together in bands
The bleeding hearts and the artists
Make their stand
And when they've given you their all
Some stagger and fall after all it's not easy
banging your heart against some mad buggers
Wall
[Soundtrack: Pink Floyd - Outside the wall]
Take My Hand is a novel based on the true story of the Relf Sisters of Montgomery Alabama. In 1973 when Mary Alice Relf was 12 and Minnie Lee Relf was 14, the sisters became victims of the abusive practice of sterilizing poor Black women in the South.
This book deals with the topic of federally funded eugenics and unauthorized sterilization of those seen as a burden on society. A difficult book to read at times due to the subject matter but a book well worth reading.
Hi everyone. Whenever I choose a title for a photo I post here, I check the internet for that title. It is amazing to know that it is difficult somewhat to come up with a new title. Here I chose the title "Hand Dancing" then google told me that this title is a form of American art
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand_dancing
I then chose to write "Dancing Hand" instead.
While I was looking for some information about the title, I came across a very romantic song entitled "Dancing with your ghost" by Sasha Sloan. Beautiful lyrics and singing.. Here it is for your pleasure:
Please tell me what you think about my photo and about Sasha's song.
