A photographer frames up a shot from Seattle's Kerry Park as a particularly bright sunset unfolds on January 6, 2015.
I wasn't sure how far I was allowed to process this so this series is taking it further and further
This is in response to Lord Nikon 12' s push to:
"to take an abstract photo while pointing the camera more or less straight up. You can do anything you want for subject matter or post processing. "
This started off without much post-processing, because I hadn't registered I could, too busy thinking about and looking for interesting upwards shots and trying to avoid the obvious which is wander out to the electricity pylons I can get under. But I kept playing.

As title stated, I got wet. I saw the water coming but decided the camera was high enough and not in any danger so I stood my ground and got my shoes wet up past my socks.
I got some splashes of water on the camera but the pain was that they were littered on my filter. I had to retreat and give the filter a careful clean before continuing.
Took some nice photos here. I dug the tripod in the sand as much as I could. The couple of pictures before this were nice but moved my tripod so came out blurry.
I hated this filter on my 10-22 filter but on my sigma when set around f9-f14 leaves a nice soft tone feel.

Bit of an Old Tittle, well I've just watched the 70's film Get Carter Starring Michael Cane and of course the titles of the film shows a drivers eye view from a class 55 Deltic Crossing this very bridge in my village! So I decided to recreate the Shot with a 125...

Get a photo… yes, but for cash. His sign read he was raising money for the homeless but the majority of folk passed him bye.
The start of the season is getting closer. This is what Day 2 of HIFK's ice practices at Elisa Areena looked like.
My hair is finished, ready for the makeup. Anna (my maid of honor) and Diane (my hair dresser) and Diane's grand daughter helped me get ready.
Guys, this was such an unfamiliar feeling. On one hand i really wanted to rush through all this and get to the wedding part, on the other hand i really wanted to enjoy the pampering :) I couldn't wait to see Robby, we hadn't gone one night apart in years, and we certainly hadn't spend 24 hours apart! I missed him greatly, my heart blooming with love looking at my roses, and being SO EXCITED over all my preparations.
I love this photo of me curled up, waiting for the next thing, the wedding time creeping closer...
"People get ready
There's a train a-coming
You don't need no baggage
You just get on board
All you need is faith
To hear diesels humming
You don't need no ticket
You just thank the Lord."
{Curtis Mayfield, People Get Ready}
Guess there will no train be a-coming for quite some time.
It's the construction site for the high-speed track near St. Pölten, Lower Austria
...and the track ends a few meters behind me.
A poor day weather-wise on Monday meant that I hadn't set foot outside the house by tea-time.
The appearance of an STP Kingmoor - Sellafield light-engines move allied to a slight reduction in the general gloom meant that I was going out for it, if for no other reason than to prevent myself going stir-crazy!
I plumped for St. Bees as whatever the consist was (no gen') it would have to slow for the token exchange and I could get away with a reduced shutter speed in the murk.
