Found it in backyard (Cloverville) this morning, quiet as a mouse. I told it to make some noise so mama would know where it was. After she found and fed it, it got stronger and louder (has rained quite a bit today) and they've been hopping around the yard together eating all my worms, lol. I think it's left my sanctuary, and there's a ton of trouble to get into, with the cats and and and. Will not worry, doesn't help.
IHB 2920 and a switcher-slug set are about to hump a large cut of cars at Indiana Harbor Belt's yard in Riverdale.
Cowan station was packed with everyone and their dog while AD6029 powered up the grades from the Hawkesbury River. GL106, GL102 and 3016 are leading to the right out of the scene.

I posted a picture a while back of these Western Bluebirds when they were relatively newly-hatched. Here they are in a picture taken about 9 days later. I'm happy to report that just few days after I took this picture, all six fledged. Now I guess Kathi and I are empty nesters.
CN 4712 & CN 4904 are switching as they advance over the Lachine Canal as a dog-walker gets some shots of the train.
A photographer sets up to get the perfect shot.
Alexandra Palace... one of my favourite spots. A spectacular view of the city skyline.
A mute swan attempting to takeoff at Slimbridge Wetlands Centre. This shot was taken from the Robbie Garnett hide when I met up with Clive Brown, Alan Watkins and Pete Blanchard in late February.
I am going away for three weeks to France, armed with camera and tripod. I will not be accessing Flickr during that time. So, please enjoy the rest of July. See you in August!
Usually sambar deer are pretty relaxed around vehicles but this female did not seem to happy with our presence! Her tail up was the first sign that she was telling us to get lost! After I took this photo I realized we should leave her alone to respect her request! When photographing wildlife it is always important to read their behavior signs!!! This photo was taken in Ranthambore National Park!
Time for a little massage to try and relieve the tension. She knows she's going to have to do it all again tomorrow though... Will she persevere with her Louboutin's?
Oli loves to dive for stones on the river bed. This is a small one compared to some that he picks out of the rivers he jumps into.
A railfan scrambles to get into position to photograph a Nickel Plate Express excursion train leaving Noblesville, Indiana, on a 30-minutes holiday trip. The walkway is part of a trail that crosses the White River adjacent to the tracks.
Ah, get back
Yeah, get back
Get back to where you once belonged
Yeah get back
Get back to where you once belonged
Get back, Ooo

I had this idea written down in my ideas book for some time so today seemed as good a day as any to get it done. It seemed appropriate too as i woke up at 6.30 to take pictures of the sunrise, but it was overcast so when i went back to bed for an hours more sleep i ended up waking at 11.30! Where does the time go!!! It always speeds past when you enjoy yourself or lags behind when your at work! (well it does in my case!)
And to top it all off there were major problems with flickr today, don't know if anyone else had them but i couldn't upload this shot or go to the home menu!
What a palava, all i can say now is thank god and i intend to get productive and enjoy the day! Apologies for the saga, im shutting up now!
Have a great weekend flickr!
Midnight has always stolen Ben's underwear, but this game has evolved. He now tries to pull Ben's underpants off from around his ankles while Ben is sitting on the toilet : )))
The dark areas on those underpants are Midnight's saliva. It takes a lot of pulls to accomplish this feat!
See Midnight's sock steal technique in the 1st comment.

Of the photos you're gonna miss in the time it takes to find you"
The classic Temptations' song came to mind as I tried to snap one of a trio of these moths in Kaeng Krachan NP. They kept hiding under large leaves in the deep forest, but in the end there was no escape.
