GWR freight loco No3822 simmers away in the Loco works waiting for its next duties out on the mainline
I decaled and weathered this Penn Central SD45 and lent it to my friend Kyle (who took this photo) to enjoy for a while. He took this loco, along with his blue SD45, and some of his freight cars to another friend's railroad, that of Dave Weber.
This hobby is a lot more fun with good friends who can team up like this to share trains, railroad, tips, ideas, photos, etc.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe’s Denver to Stockton freight climbs up the eastern grade of Utah’s Soldier Summit through the curves of Kyune on the afternoon of February 5, 2004.
Arizona & California’s eastbound freight crosses a low trestle at milepost 152 at Sablon, California, on March 16, 2004. Powering the train are two of ARZC’s SD40-2Ms, Nos. 4002 and 4003, rebuilt from EMD SD45 and SD45-2 locomotives respectively.
When the Lehigh Valley bought C628’s from Alco in 1965, they were delivered in a striking white, black and red paint scheme and were dubbed “snowbirds” by the local fans. A westbound Burlington Northern freight passes through the North Dakota Badlands at Sully Springs on August 9, 1991. The train is powered by EMD SD40-2 No. 6926, mated with one of BN’s unique GE B30-7A “B unit” No. 4043. BN originally had a fleet of 120 of these 3,000 h.p. cabless locomotives built between June 1982 and October 1983 and numbered 4000-4119.

Back to our ubiquitous TR class locos, this time numbers 06 and 14 as they breeze their long train upgrade towards Rogerville with Friday evening's No 32 paper train. The evidence of all our recent rain can be seen here in an area that rarely does get green!.

After a tense few minutes waiting for the shadows to shrink on the bridge, Susquehanna's BH-0 crew leads the northbound train for Syracuse over the Chenango River at Chenango Bridge. Clean SD33ECO 3012 makes a rare appearance leading a train north of Binghamton, looking mighty fine in the morning sun.
After performing their daily customer work in Paterson and Clifton, NS H-55 runs west past Suscon Interlocking on NJ Transit's Main Line at Hawthorne, NJ. The regular pair of 5600 series GP38-2s takes their train past the interchange yard and connection to the NYS&W's Southern Division.
Pulling down the Wash into Milwaukee, CP 641 pulled length of mixed freight and empty ethanol cans as they roll west into downtown behind a pair of SD40s after a bad order gets set out in Muskego Yard.

4 Freigtht Trains with ÖBB class 1116 in Hohenau. One of them was mine, but i don't remember exactly which. But, since that evening I never saw such a cool " Taurus Freight Train " Parade again ... ; )
