Macro Mondays “ Four Elements “ Theme. Water and Earth
This barnacled shell looked like a little creature waiting for the waters of the next high tide.

A small grinding machine and a galvanized screw caused the sparks.
Eine kleine Schleifmaschine und eine verzinkte Schraube sorgten hier für den Funkenflug.
Water...it is made up of only two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom per molecule, but boy do those atoms have an impact. Water is the giver and taker of life, it is calm and ferocious, cold and hot, solid and liquid and vapour, and most of all its beauty really shows itself when it balances, resplendently droplet-like, upon a satiny gerbera petal. Best of all, it has no calories :-)
This photo is for a very dear friend of mine who recently did something lovely for me - it was a wonderful and thoughtful gift...the best kind of surprise too! Thank you, dear P!
HMM the theme for today is four elements and water was my choice. Found this nut on the ground (dirt/earth). Was going to stage a different photo but this turned out better than I expected using my iPhone’s camera. This portion of the shell is about 3/4ths of an inch top to bottom.

Water, something we only notice when we DON'T have it or in storms or floods lately :-) The photo is actually snowflakes landing and thawing in the garden... in May :-)

The leaves that turned red were reflected on the surface of the water. I love reflection photography.

Gestern in Deutschland unterwegs war keine Zeit für viele Versuche zu dem Thema Elemente! Diese Motiv habe ich in zwei Varianten kreiert mit Feuer und mit Rauch der Feuer symbolisieren soll. Meine Entscheidung viel ausf Feuer indem sogar die Wassertropfen zu sehen sind, wenn auch nur wenige wirklich sichtbar sind.

Yesterday in Germany there was no time for many experiments on the topic of elements! This motive I created in two variants with fire and with smoke the fire is to symbolize. My decision was to make a lot of fire by even seeing the drops of water, even if only a few are really visible.

Hier, en Allemagne, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire beaucoup d'expériences sur le thème des éléments ! Ce motif que j'ai créé en deux variantes avec le feu et avec la fumée le feu est de symboliser. Ma décision a été de faire beaucoup de feu en voyant même les gouttes d'eau, même si seules quelques-unes sont vraiment visibles.
