Methinks a square variation of this will be the posting for M, when that letter is the letter of the day!! (Multitude)
Now I need to find a way to be sure that the original Sunshine doesn't get lost- Where's Waldo style. Maybe a special mark? Suggestions?
Only I could get enthused about 210 micro-duckies!!

I wonder who the first brave soul to break open a pistachio shell, look at the wrinkled green nut inside, and then dared to eat it. I'm glad they did, as it is one of my favorite flavors in ice cream, pudding, or just as a snack.

I thought the husk from the corn we bough at the market had an interesting pattern on it. Quite suitable for this weeks theme.

This is another of my new dahlias this year. It's called Night Silence and is another favourite for photography.

Week 4: Fill the frame.
This week Miguel and I have filled the frame with unconditional love. An immense and absolute love capable of filling frames regardless of their size :)
This idea appeared in my mind, not only for 52Frames but also for capturing a nice memory for us. So I prepared the camera, the tripod... First I practiced composition and focus with a big stuffed dragon of my son :)) bit.ly/2O8gtlQ (just a RAW) So when I had everything ready, I asked Miguel to come and give me a big hug.

I thought the rich, red folds of petals in the center of this long stemmed rose was the perfect thing to fill my frame for the challenge this week.
Macro Mondays theme: Fill the Frame. This is the blossom of an oxalis (in the wood sorrel family). The entire flower measures one inch across.
We were blasted with snow over the weekend and for the past two days we have been dealing with gusty winds and blowing and drifting snow making it difficult for driving and causing several highway and road closures. The highway I take to drive to work was still open so I made it to work early this morning but as the day went on it was questionable as to whether I'd be able to get home later because there were more roads being closed. Thankfully luck was on my side and I made it home safely. This has been a crazy winter and I have not seen this much snow in years.
Anyways, to keep things simple for my 365 I decided to take a macro photo of one of the flowers from Valentine's Day.
Thanks for your visit! I hope your day was good. 💕

WIT: The trillium is our province's provincial flower, and they bloom for only a short time in the spring. This is the first time I've ever seen them in real life! in post, crop to 8 by 10 and some slight colour tweaks.
The #MacroMondays theme for tomorrow 3/10 is socket. Am hoping I labeled these correctly.
(I can’t get the exact configuration for a size verification but the closest I got was under 2 inches- I’ll post that later!)
