We visited McLane Creek this morning. It was overcast and calm. The chum are running now and mallards are sporting their fine breeding plumage. Otherwise, the park is quiet.
The challenge this week is "Fill the Frame". These ducks were close enough to get close-up images.
What better way to fill this frame than with a taste of the many beers they had at the Strong beer festival.
A beautiful day in the Arizona sun drinking great beer. Perfect.
I also filled my self with the beer.
And for those that asked my Friends Wife came and picked us up.
She stayed at home waiting for a call. We never go to these without a designated driver. I value my life and others too much to drive after this.
Besides you can't have as much fun if you know you have to drive afterward.
