Fast pitch softball in Southern California was almost a year round sport back then. We played several nights each week and the core seven or eight guys on this team stayed together for 7 years.

Life in the fast lane. Every time I am in the city I always can feel the energy from everyone in a fast paced lifestyle. The night this photo was made it was particularly nice out in Chicago and more people were out and about than usual. Always an interesting time.
Kirsty and I had no road bikes and a forty mile ride ahead of us. So I slicked up the Turners and off we went.
The combination of slick tyres and upright riding position turns the bikes into human powered Suzuki Bandits. The angle of lean you can get is quite something.

Well, truth be told, it wasn't like that at all!! as soon as the car started up, (Ricardo was only turning it around in front of the house !) Simba started to scream Blue Murder ! it was really quite funny, maybe he thought VET !!!!!!!my big stronge ,brave Boycat turned into a crybaby in seconds flat....LOL

Things got busy after 10pm, and they started getting slammed, so Patrick and Dave were a blur of motion -- pouring and shaking and muddling and hand-crushing ice for juleps and carefully applying garnishes. They work fast, but they do it right.
