Life in the fast lane. Every time I am in the city I always can feel the energy from everyone in a fast paced lifestyle. The night this photo was made it was particularly nice out in Chicago and more people were out and about than usual. Always an interesting time.

Kirsty and I had no road bikes and a forty mile ride ahead of us. So I slicked up the Turners and off we went.

The combination of slick tyres and upright riding position turns the bikes into human powered Suzuki Bandits. The angle of lean you can get is quite something.

Things got busy after 10pm, and they started getting slammed, so Patrick and Dave were a blur of motion -- pouring and shaking and muddling and hand-crushing ice for juleps and carefully applying garnishes. They work fast, but they do it right.
