Here's the classic shot of Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water masterpiece. He built this for the Kaufman family of Pittsburgh in the 1930s, post-depression. Wright, born two years after the end of the Civil War, was 67 when he designed this home. At that time you could build a typical 3 bedroom house for about $5,000. The Kaufmans thought to budget about $20,000 - 25,000. When all was said and done, Wright built the house for $150,000. Of that, $ 8,000 was his fee.
I was desperate for something to shoot so I bought a fall mum this morning at Trader Joes. I'm really ready to get out of Iowa for a few days so I can see something green. Only 22 days to go!!
A beautiful fall day called for a walk with my dog through one of my favorite parks. Formally know as Linear Park, it covers both sides of a stream for right a mile or so.
Since I was taking the dog, I left the DSLR Nikon home and used my very impressive OnePlus 7 Pro and the Greatness v2.2 mod of Google Pixel Camera (GCam). 15 exposures were taken by the camera app to make this HDR+E shot.
It was a glorious early morning at lake Braies in Italy. The sun started to rise giving the mountain ridge a golden glow. The lake is completely still appearing almost like a mirror offering the perfect reflection.
My wrist is healing nicely - cast just off - physical therapy to come! Thanks for all your good wishes!
One of the good things about spring after a heavy snow pack winter are the many water falls that Yellowstone has to offer. The increased volume of water made their normal beauty just that much more spectacular as it did for Gibbon Falls pictured here.

Late one autumn evening after sunset in the few minutes left before complete darkness, I captured this shot of the gristmill waterfalls of glade creek. The wind was blowing so it made the trees a little blurry however I still like this shot because it was taken in such low lighting. There are many great opportunities for fall foliage photography at Babcock state park in West Virginia.
Beauty is like a bridge that connects two people together. For those who are in true love, they do not stop in the middle of the bridge, but go beyond to explore each other's soul.

Late sunset on a beautiful scene I have witnessed at the Schabarum Regional Park in LA during Spring. I spotted a couple with 2 dogs walking across the park. So I invited them into my frame to add more interestingness!!
