One of my faves. A masterpiece :)

Ozone Falls, near Crab Orchard, Tennessee.

With several days of chilly weather and a few inches of snowfall I visited a place I've known for a long time, this time in early January seeing it again with a different perspective of a nighttime long exposure.

Even shooting full frame 14mm it was all I could do to squeeze the entirety of the 105' falls into view.

The landscape was illuminated in the distance by the rising moon and an LED panel mounted on a boom as I hiked up to the top of the bluff on the right side of the image, and then again by extending the boom out over the top of the falls.

320 exposure stack over 138 minutes.

Venus is the brightest trail to the far left.

A pretty day - some clouds and still water in the fall mountains. Taken across a pond this is photo of Whiteside Mountian.

Black and white plant husks. E

Back in September of 2011 ex-Soo road power could still be sometimes found roaming the CP system but catching matched sets of SD60's was pretty cool even then. I completely lucked into this pair of candy apple red ones leading CP 265 westbound through Kent Bridge, Ontario on the first day of a very memorable long weekend spent "up north". Autumn leaves without autumn

The maple leaves turn color in late August and early September out where I live.

Another shot of Foxy on a wet cloudy day

some pretty leaves in the wet grass..yes, more bokeh LOL

I am so so excited to announce that The Spoon magazine, Fall issue will be available in a couple of days. And yep, the new issue is also available as an Ipad App.

Look at that divine pie on the cover. Does it makes you crave more I hope. :)

Come and join The Spoon magazine href="http://www.facebook.com/TheSpoonMagazine"rel="nofollow">on Facebook to get to know more.

Impromptu shot taken while I was at the park having lunch. The winds picked up and leaves began falling in the distance. I happened to have my 70-200 loaded and was able to capture the pictured branch with a "bokeh" of leaves painting the background.

A beautiful morning hike at my favorite wetlands. As Fall begins its takeover, I love the subtle color changes in the foliage, as well as the reduction in humidity.

Long exposure with no ND filter at lat dark time of the days before sunset....@ lake ontario bluffers park scarborough toronto ontario...... it was the first cold day......

my las memories from last days of life....

Shooting mainly at f/1.4 today just for kicks. A few bushes still have plenty of color in December.

Testing out my new camera :)

A small stream along Smuggler's Notch Vermont.

Happy week ahead friends. Cheers!

Funny how it looks like late Autumn with the vivid colorations mixed with still barren trees. Parts of the Housatonic are still crossable. These little islands and rock formations create raging channels of water much deeper.

I'll repost it later in a messed up version, but by now, all my creative juices are gone...

See you later.

Dry Gulch Trail-Wenatchee, Washington

What fun it was this morning!

Around 10:20 the fog was rolling in and out, it was so beautiful to watch!

I particularly like the group of boats on the right hand side, they are very interesting with their pastel colours...reminds me of a carnival!
