I added the Studio Pallette Oil effect in Topaz Studio II to this photo I took of a crepe myrtle and weeping willow tree above our driveway in Madison, Alabama.
Drug Side Effects:
A side effect is usually regarded as an undesirable secondary effect which occurs in addition to the desired therapeutic effect of a drug or medication. Side effects may vary for each individual depending on the person's disease state, age, weight, gender, ethnicity and general health.
Side effects can occur when commencing, decreasing/increasing dosages, or ending a drug or medication regimen. Side effects may also lead to non-compliance with prescribed treatment. When side effects of a drug or medication are severe, the dosage may be adjusted or a second medication may be prescribed. Lifestyle or dietary changes may also help to minimize side effects.
I love trying out the effects in Picnik, always funny to see how it changes the tones and colours of a picture and often I can't really decided which one I like best. And often, I prefer the added effect to the original picture. Though sometimes, the effect is a bit too strong and the options to adjust it afterwards are not always so good. I suppose there are many other ways to achieve such effects in PhotoshopElements, but I just haven't really had time yet to find out more about those (I'm waiting for the Christmas holiday to get some PE time..). In the meantime, I like trying out the Picnik options. My favourites are the 60s style and the CinemaScope, sometimes combining them.

when the noise and the pressure from whatever the TimeLords implanted in his brain gets too bad, he tries to drown it out with loud music... sometimes this works better than others.

We had some stunning optical effects visible on our way back from Limoges to Stanstead on 25th September 2017. This was the first time I'd ever seen optics reflected on the cloud base below; that was quite a special experience!
The smoke and headlights are just for effects as F251 sits stored at the Mt Barker Steamranger depot on 23-5-21.
After its restoration in 1995, F251 has now been sidelined for a number of years waiting for an overhaul
