I was trying to recreate some 80's style text effects in Pixelmator. I used another image for reference but I cant find it if you know the URL let me know so I can link back to the original..... it was an exercise to learn a bit more about Pixelmator and what we can do with it.

This is a tribute to the famous scene from James Cameron's "Terminator 2: Judgement Day" - the one where the Terminator T-1000, who is made from liquid metal, rebuilds himself after being frozen and broken into thousand pieces... The melted pieces run to each other like quicksilver! Actually, it was the real mercury in the film...
I think it was the best film of the franchise (by the way, I like "Terminator: Dark Fate" very much), the special effects and CGI were extraordinary at the time and still looks awesome and realistic. I'm not a fan of the franchise, though, but I had an opportunity to build a scene with "liquid metal", so I thought Terminator II would be appropriate! :)
I know it wasn't in the scene, but I added BrickWarriors blade on hand to make T-1000 look more menacing. :)
