[ENG] The Church of San Esteban, located in Betrén, Valle de Arán (Lleida, Spain), is a transitional temple from Romanesque to Gothic built in the 13-14th centuries. Highlight the head of three polygonal apses and the extraordinary portal with four profusely decorated pointed archivolts that narrate the Last Judgment through 60 characters representing angels announcing with horns the event, the resurrection of the dead (emerging from their graves), musicians with their instruments, artisans, farmers, kings and commoners, chosen and condemned. [ESP] En las cuatro arquivoltas de arcos apuntados de la portada lucen sesenta figuras que representan el Juicio Final, al gusto de la época. No faltan los ¿ángeles? que anuncian con cuernos el acontecimiento, la resurrección de los muertos (saliendo de sus tumbas), músicos con sus instrumentos, artesanos, labradores, reyes y plebeyos, escogidos y condenados...

La Iglesia de San Esteban, situada en Betrén, Valle de Arán (Lleida, España), es un templo de transición del románico al gótico construido en los siglos XIII-XIV. Tiene una sola nave con una cabecera de tres ábsides poligonales y está cubierta con una doble estructura de madera. La portada es el elemento más destacado, luce cuatro arquivoltas apuntadas profusamente decoradas con imágenes que representan el Juicio Final y en el tímpano la Virgen con el Niño. Sus muros disponen vanos góticos y románicos. En el hastial de levante despunta una representación de iconografía románica con un caballero y una dama. [ENG] Attached to the north wall of the church, in what possibly it was going to constitute a lateral nave, there is situated a hall to which one accedes for the exterior door and that conects, on the one hand with a portico or rectangular lounge, for other one with the lateral apse and for the front with the church. The facade of the portico divides in four sections, in each of which a wide large window is opened surrounded by arches lightly pointed that roll over on thin columns with capitals of vegetable ornamentation.

[ESP] Adosado al muro norte de la iglesia, en lo que posiblemente iba a constituir una nave lateral, se halla un vestíbulo al que se accede por la puerta exterior y que comunica, por un lado con un pórtico o salón rectangular, por el otro con el ábside lateral y por el frente con la iglesia. La fachada del pórtico se divide en cuatro tramos, en cada uno de los cuales se abre un amplio ventanal rodeado por arcos ligeramente apuntados que voltean sobre finas columnillas con capiteles de ornamentación vegetal. El alero está sostenido por canecillos.

[ENG] Santa María de Naranco is one of the most enigmatic and harmonious monuments of Western architecture. It is an old palace that was the Aula Regia of the palace complex that King Ramiro I (842-850) ordered to be built on the outskirts of the capital of the kingdom of Asturias. It was completed in the year 842. Its artistic style is the so-called Asturian or "ramirense" art, within the pre-Romanesque period. It functioned as a temple from the collapse of the chevet and part of the naves of San Miguel de Lillo (12th century) until its restoration in the years 1929-1934. It is located on the southern slope of Mount Naranco, about 4 km from Oviedo (Asturias, Spain). It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. [ESP] Santa María de Naranco es uno de los monumentos más enigmáticos y armoniosos de la arquitectura occidental. Es un antiguo palacio que fue el Aula Regia del conjunto palacial que el rey Ramiro I (842-850) mandó construir en las afueras de la capital del reino de Asturias. Se terminó en el año 842. Su estilo artístico es el denominado arte asturiano o "ramirense", dentro del prerrománico. [ENG] The Church of Santa María de Artíes, located in the town of Artíes, Valle de Aran (Lleida, Spain), is considered a standard of Aranese Romanesque architecture. It was built in the 12th century, and in addition to its architecture it stands out for its Renaissance wall paintings, a Gothic and two Baroque altarpieces, liturgical furniture, and important imagery. The unmistakable five-story Gothic tower with a large clock makes the ecclesial complex visible in almost the entire Naut Aran (Alto Aran). [ESP] La cabecera del templo está formada por tres ábsides. El ábside norte se conserva casi intacto. Está decorado con un friso ajedrezado y otro de arcos ciegos en su parte superior. Los arcos se apoyan en ménsulas, algunas lisas y otras con caras humanas esculpidas. Dispone de un vano en la parte central.

La Iglesia de Santa María de Artíes, situada en la localidad de Artíes, Valle de Aran (Lleida, España), está considerada como un estandarte de la arquitectura románica aranesa y está declarada Bien de Interés Cultural. Su construcción es del siglo XII, de planta basilical con tres naves y cuatro tramos, cabecera de tres ábsides, las naves se cubren con bóvedas de cañón y se separan con arcos de medio punto apoyados en pilares cilíndricos. Destacan las pinturas murales renacentistas, un retablo gótico y dos barrocos, y una importante imaginería. [ENG] The Church of Santa María de Cap d'Arán de Tredós, located at the head of the Arán Valley (Lleida, Spain), is a Romanesque temple built in the 11th, 12th and 13th centuries. A basilica floor plan with three naves separated by cruciform pillars, initially covered with three barrel vaults, but after several collapses they were replaced by a wooden structure. The head is formed by three semi-circular apses covered with a half-dome. It stands out for its large dimensions, for its elevated presbytery built on a crypt, for the wall paintings (12th-13th and 17th centuries) and for the bell tower (12th and 17th centuries) separated from the body of the temple. [ESP] La fachada de poniente está reforzada con dos contrafuertes y en el centro se sitúan la portada principal y dos ventanas. La torre campanario está separada del cuerpo de la iglesia, solución única en el Valle de Arán, situada frente a la puerta principal. La parte inferior es románica, y la parte superior del siglo XVII. En esta se celebraron reuniones del Consejo General del Valle de Arán.

La Iglesia de Santa María de Cap d'Arán de Tredós, situada en la cabecera del Valle de Arán (Lleida, España), es un templo románico construido en los siglos XI, XII y XIII, es de planta basilical de tres naves separadas por pilares cruciformes, inicialmente se cubrían con tres bóvedas de cañón, pero tras varios colapsos se sustituyeron por una estructura de madera. La cabecera está formada por tres ábsides de tambor cubiertos con bóveda de horno. Destaca por sus grandes dimensiones, por su presbiterio elevado construido sobre una cripta, por las pinturas murales (s. XII-XIII y XVII) y por la torre campanario (s. XII y XVII) separada del cuerpo del templo. Dispone de dos portadas sobre las que se sitúa un crismón. Fue convento de templarios en el siglo XIII. 　あらすじ

　大学を目指している北見ケイは、SNS上で、6歳年上のイベントコンパニオン、上村香織に出会う。

　上京してきた香織の夢は、有名なアーティストの友達になるためだ。

　そのためにはラジオ局のプロデューサー、大沢亮の存在が必要だった。

　大沢は、ラジオの生放送中、香織へ語りかける。

　「僕には妻子がある。しかし、僕は君に会いたいと思っている」

　ケイの同級生で、彼を想っている三條里香は、香織の動向を探っていた。。。。。

本編

人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。

　ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。

　もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。

　二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。

　再生だ。

　明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。

　それが再生の意味だ。

　十八歳だった僕には大切な人がいた。

[ENG] The Church of San Esteban, located in Betrén, Valle de Arán (Lleida, Spain), is a transitional temple from Romanesque to Gothic built in the 13-14th centuries. Highlight the head of three polygonal apses and the extraordinary portal with four profusely decorated pointed archivolts that narrate the Last Judgment through 60 characters representing angels announcing with horns the event, the resurrection of the dead (emerging from their graves), musicians with their instruments, artisans, farmers, kings and commoners, chosen and condemned. [ESP] Los capiteles de las columnas sobre los que apoyan las arquivoltas son historiados, los de la izquierda están ornamentados con formas vegetales, y en los de la derecha se simbolizan figuras zoomorfas –quizás dos arpías o dos dragones entrelazados- y antropomorfas, quizás la escena del Pecado Original y un hombre acosado por un dragón de larga cola o por una serpiente.

La Iglesia de San Esteban, situada en Betrén, Valle de Arán (Lleida, España), es un templo de transición del románico al gótico construido en los siglos XIII-XIV. Tiene una sola nave con una cabecera de tres ábsides poligonales y está cubierta con una doble estructura de madera. La portada es el elemento más destacado, luce cuatro arquivoltas apuntadas profusamente decoradas con imágenes que representan el Juicio Final y en el tímpano la Virgen con el Niño. Sus muros disponen vanos góticos y románicos. En el hastial de levante despunta una representación de iconografía románica con un caballero y una dama. [ENG] The Mosque-Cathedral of Cordova is one of the most unique monuments in the world. The Islamic architecture, with Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine echoes, merges with the Christian one of the most beautiful expressions. The greatness of its history begins in the 6th century with a Visigoth basilica, overflowing in the Caliphate splendor, and culminates with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque art. It was declared a National Monument in 1882, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984, and an Exceptional Universal Value Well in 2014.

[ESP] La Capilla de Villaviciosa, primitiva Capilla Mayor, se construyó para adaptar la mezquita al culto cristiano. Está formada por una nave gótica de planta basilical, e inicialmente lució muros ornamentados. Destaca la solución de la cubierta que apoya en arcos fajones que soportan una armadura de casetones de madera a dos aguas, en la que se alterna ornamentación vegetal e inscripciones en latín y griego.

La Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba es uno de los monumentos más singulares del mundo. La arquitectura islámica , con ecos helenísticos, romanos y bizantinos, se funde con la cristiana en una de las expresiones más bellas. La grandeza de su historia se inicia en el siglo VI con una basílica visigoda, se desborda en el esplendor califal, y culmina con el arte gótico, renacentista y barroco. [ENG] The church of Santa Eulària d'Unha, in the Arán Valley (Spain), was built in the 12th century in Romanesque style, has a basilica plan with three naves and four sections, and its head is with three cylindrical apses with Lombard decoration on the outside. Its façade is very simple, with a semicircular arch and an 18th century octagonal tower with a spire is attached to the feet. It is the only church in the Aran Valley that preserves Romanesque paintings in the apse. On the side walls there are wall paintings from the 16th century. Among the movable assets of the temple we contemplate three Romanesque fonts, two baptismal fonts and one of holy water, and three Baroque altarpieces. [ESP] En el primer tramo del muro norte se localizan pinturas murales (pintura en seco) del siglo XVI, referentes a San Germán vestido de obispo y rodeado de ocho escenas alusivas a su vida y milagros.

La iglesia de Santa Eulària d'Unha, en el Valle de Arán, se construyó en el siglo XII en estilo románico, es de planta basilical de tres naves y cuatro tramos, y su cabecera es de tres ábsides cilíndricos con decoración lombarda en el exterior. Su portada es muy sencilla, de arco de medio punto y a los pies se adosa una torre octogonal del siglo XVIII terminada en chapitel. Es la única iglesia del Valle de Aran que conserva pinturas románicas en el ábside. En los muros laterales lucen pinturas murales del siglo XVI. Entre los bienes muebles del templo contemplamos tres pilas románicas, dos bautismales de inmersión y una de agua bendita, y tres retablos barrocos. [ENG] The citadel of the Alhambra, located on the hill of al-Sabika, in Granada (Spain), is one of the most important architectural complexes of the Middle Ages and the greatest exponent of Islamic art in the West. Its history begins in the ninth century with military purposes, it was gradually expanding and in the thirteenth century, with the arrival of the first Nasrid monarch Mohamed ben Al-Hamar, the construction of the palaces that marked his time of greatest splendor began. The Alhambra was officially declared a World Heritage Site in 1984. Other pictures in Nasrid palaces.

[ESP] La Sala de los Abencerrajes recibe su nombre de la leyenda –posiblemente falsa- de la familia noble granadina que fue decapitada en esta estancia por una astucia propiciada por la familia rival Zenetes que implicaban a un miembro no identificado por una historia de amor con la sultana. Está situada en el lado sur del Patio de los leones, es cuadrada, posee alcobas en ambos laterales separados por dos arcos bellamente decorados que descansan en columnas con delicados capiteles, las paredes están cubiertas con yeserías y alicatados del siglo XVI. Se cubre con una singular cúpula de mocárabes con forma de estrella de ocho puntas que apoya en ocho trompas, también de mocárabes, y dispone de dieciséis ventanas que proporcionan una mágica luz tenue y una excelente ventilación en verano. En el centro se sitúa una fuente que desagua por un canalillo en la Fuente de los Leones.

La ciudadela de la Alhambra, asentada sobre el Cerro de al-Sabika, en Granada (España), es uno de los complejos arquitectónicos más importantes de la Edad Media y máximo exponente del arte islámico en Occidente. Su historia comienza en el siglo IX con propósitos militares, fue paulatinamente ampliándose y en el siglo XIII, con la llegada del primer monarca nazarí Mohamed ben Al-Hamar, se inició la construcción de los palacios que marcaron su época de mayor esplendor. Tras la conquista de Granada por los Reyes Católicos en el siglo XV se hicieron reformas y Carlos V inició la construcción del palacio que lleva su nombre. En el siglo XVIII quedó abandonada. "Without a signal!"

"Thick smoke lay spread over the battlefield of 18 August. The thunder of the guns rolled incessantly and, with an eerie whistling sound, the shells of friend and foe flew over the 3rd Guards Infantry Brigade, which-- 800 paces south of Amanvillers-- had nestled on the edge of a low, meadow-like strip of field. The 7th Company of the Alexander Regiment [Kaiser Alexander Garde-Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 1], with which I served as Sergeant, had occupied the road from Verneville to Amanvillers, where it curves to the north. Huddled close to the ground, we had been in this position for some time, barely 600 paces from the enemy. A lively fire was maintained without interruption. At this distance, the superiority of the Chassepot over our Needle Rifles was not a question. The Company had already suffered considerable losses during the advance from Habonville to here-- Lieutenant von Bentheim was wounded at the Bois de la Cüsse and Ensign von Dewitz fell, mortally wounded, at the height of the artillery position. And now my Company Commander, von der Hagen, and my Platoon Commander, Lieutenant von Brandis, were also seriously wounded. I had just taken over the leadership of the Platoon when the Battalion Commander of the Elisabeth Regiment [Königin Elisabeth Garde-Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 3]-- next to us-- called out to me: “If you have musicians, let them sound the advance!”

The bugler Müller next to me heard the call. He straightened up, put the horn to his mouth-- but before the signal came, he sank down dead-- without making a sound. I shouted the order to another musician: ‘Sound the advance!’-- as I did so I could already see that he was holding his hand to his head and that the blood was trickling between his fingers. So there remained nothing else to do but to shout the signal and “Up-- forward!” ran along the line.

After lying in one spot under devastating fire for so long, any forward movement is a blessing, even if it brings yet greater danger in the next moment. So the firing line sprang up and at a full run moved forward. We must have put 50-60 paces behind us-- a fierce rapid fire decimated our ranks-- when suddenly, unexpectedly, an enemy Squadron came rushing up, half right on the flank, previously hidden through a fold in the terrain.

“Half right-- to the cavalry!” I shouted to the riflemen and, “Cavalry!” went the call from Company to Company.

The Infantryman usually despises the value of Cavalry. When they come, he nearly always forgets the previous opponent and all fire is concentrated on the rapidly approaching masses of riders. It was the same here. With heavy losses the Squadron cleared the field and pulled back into cover in wild flight.

We must have been lying down again for only a short time when there was a murmur from man to man: 'Strike them dead-- onto the guys!' The anxiety of the approaching decision made itself felt-- we were only 100 paces away from our enemies. It had already begun to darken - ½ 9 o'clock it seemed-- when a never-ending “Hurrah!” announced the assault. 'Hurrah Prussia!'

We must have reached within 30 paces of the enemy when a terrible salvo boomed out. But 'Onward boys!' and 'Hurrah Prussia!' shouted everyone who was not yet lying down. No more shooting. Man struggled against man. I can still see him today, the tall French Drum-Major with the double chevron on his arm-- as he was about to strike out and split my skull. But I reached him a little before, and maybe in the afterlife he still thinks of me. Not five minutes had transpired-- then our rifle-butts had put an end to the matter. And-- when I collected my men, I had three NCOs and five men left.

Only now did I realize that I had made the last advance with my Platoon alone and sought out the nest of the Company. All Officers, 8 Non-Commissioned Officers and 85 men were dead or wounded. I myself had already received a grazing shot on my arm in the afternoon-- but that didn't bother me. Also my rifle-butt was also shot through, which was a pity, because the rifle shot well, if you aimed well.

I could tell you a lot more-- but that's enough for today. To our young soldiers of the present day, we old men cannot acclaim often enough: 'Be loyal to Kaiser and Reich!

Compagnie Alexander Regiments, bei der ich als Sergeant diente, hatte den Weg von Verneville nach Amanvillers besetzt, dort wo er den Kuick nach Norden macht. Dicht an den Boden geschmiegt, lagen wir schon seit geraumer Zeit in dieser Stellung, kaum 600 Schritte dem Feinde gegenüber. Ununterbrochen wurde ein lebhaftes Feuer unterhalten. Auf diese Entfernung kam die Ueberlegenheit der Chassepot über unsere Zündnadeln ja nicht in Frage. Die Compagnie hatte schon beim Vorgehen von Habonville bis hierher erhebliche Verluste gehabt– Lieutenant von Bentheim wurde am Bois de la Cüsse verwundet und Fähnrich von Dewitz fiel, tödtlich getroffen, in der Höhe der Artilleriestellung. Und nun wurden auch noch mein Compagnie-Führer, von der Hagen, und mein Zugführer, Lieutenant von Brandis, schwer verwundet. Eben hatte ich die Führung des Zuges übernommen, als mir der Bataillons-Commandeur vom Elisabeth Regiment– neben uns– zurief: “Haben Sie Spielleute, so lassen Sie avancieren blasen!”

Der Hornist Müller neben mir hörte den Zuruf. Er richtete sich auf, setzte das Horn an den Mund– aber ehe noch das Signal kam, sank er todt nieder– ohne einen Laut von sich zu geben. Ich rief einem anderen Spielmann den Befehl zu: ‘Blasen Sie avanciren!’-- da sehe ich auch schon, daß er die Hand an den Kopf hält und daß ihm das Blut zwischen den Fingern hinurchrinnt. So blieb denn nichts Anderes übrig, wie durch Zuruf das Signal zu ersehen und ‘Auf- vorwärts!’ lief es die Linie entlang.

Hat man so lange im verheerenden Feuer auf einem Flecke gelegen, so ist jede Vorwärtsbewegung eine Wohlthat, selbst wenn sie im nächsten Augenblicke noch größere Gefahr bringt. So sprang denn die Schützenlinie rasch auf und im vollen Laufe ging's vorwärts. Schon 50-60 Schritte mochten wir zurückgelegt haben– ein heidenmäßiges Schnellfeuer decimirte unsere Reihen– als es plößlich– unerwartet– herangebraust fam, halb rechts aus der Flanke, – eine feindliche Schwadron, bisher durch eine Terrainfalte verborgen.

‘Halb rechts– auf die Cavallerie!’ rief ich den Schützen zu und, ‘Cavallerie!’ ging der Ruf von Compagnie zu Compagnie.

Der Infanterist verachtet gewöhnlich den Werth der Cavallerie. Kommt sie aber, dann vergißt er fast immer des bisherigen Gegners und alles Feuer concentrirt sich auf die schnell nahenden Reitermassen. So war's auch hier. Mit großen Verlusten räumte die Escadron das Feld, zog sich in wilder Flucht in die Deckung zurück.

Nur kurze Zeit mochten wir wieder gelegen haben, als es wie ein Murmeln von Mann zu Mann ging: ‘Schlagt sie todt– drauf auf die Kerle!’ Die Unruhe vor naher Entscheidung machte sich geltend– nur noch 100 Schritte waren wir getrennt von unseren Feinden. Es hatte inzwischen schon zu dunkeln begonnen– ½ 9 Uhr mochte es fein– als ein nicht endendes ‘Hurrah!’ den Sturmlauf verkündete. ‘Hurrah Preußen!'

Bis auf 30 Schritte mochten wir den Feind erreicht haben, als eine furchtbare Salve erdröhnte. Aber ‘drauf Jungens!’ und ‘Hurrah Preußen!’ schrie Alles, was noch nicht lag. Kein Schießen mehr. Mann gegen Mann wurde gerungen. Ich sehe ihn noch heute vor mir, den langen französischen Tambour-Major mit dem doppelten Chevron auf dem Arme– wie er gerade ausholte, mir den Schädel zu spalten. Aber ich kam ihm doch etwas zuvor, und vielleicht denkt er im Jenseit noch an mich. Nicht fünf Minuten hat's gedauert– dann hatten unsere Kolben der Sache ein Ende gemacht. Und– als ich meine Leute sammelte, hatte ich noch 3 Unterofficiere und 5 Mann.

Erst jetzt merkte ich, daß ich den letzten Vorstoß mit meinem Zuge allein mitmachte und suchte den Nest der Compagnie auf. Alle Officiere, 8 Unterofficiere und 85 Mann waren todt oder verwundet. Ich selbst hatte schon am Nachmittage einen Streifschuß am Arme davongetragen– aber das rührte mich nicht. Auch mein Gewehrkolben wurde durchschossen,-- das war schade, denn das Gewehr schoß gut, wenn man gut zielte.

Für den Sturm gegen Amanvillers wurde ich mit dem Eisernen Kreuze dekorirt und durch die Verleihung des Russischen St. Georgsorden V. Classe ausgezeichnet.

Ich wüßte noch Vieles zu erzählen– aber für heute ist's genug. Unseren jungen Soldaten der Jetztzeit können wir Alten aber nicht oft genug zurufen: ‘Haltet treu zu Kaiser und Reich!’

[ENG] The church of Santa Eulària d'Unha, in the Arán Valley (Spain), was built in the 12th century in Romanesque style, has a basilica plan with three naves and four sections, and its head is with three cylindrical apses with Lombard decoration on the outside. Its façade is very simple, with a semicircular arch and an 18th century octagonal tower with a spire is attached to the feet. It is the only church in the Aran Valley that preserves Romanesque paintings in the apse. On the side walls there are wall paintings from the 16th century. La nave central es más ancha y se separa de las laterales por tres pares de columnas redondas en las que descansan los arcos formeros que soportan la bóveda de cañón reforzada con arcos fajones de la nave central. Las naves laterales se cubren con bóvedas de cuarto de cañón, también reforzadas. El espacio presbiteral se cubre con bóveda de medio punto y los ábsides con bóveda de horno. Los tres ábsides se cierran con un retablo barroco, y el central dispone de una puerta que da paso al ábside que se utiliza como sacristía, en la que se conservan pinturas románicas. ENG: Fortress Wall with memorial plaque! Is nature cruel or merciful?

The Küstrin fortress was a fortress built in the second half of the 16th century to protect the residential town of Küstrin. It was not until 1920 that its use as a fortress ended as a result of the lost First World War. Küstrin was a magnificent fortified town until it sank into smoking ruins in the spring of 1945. Today its ruins lie like a forgotten Pompeii under grass and scrub on the German-Polish border. The fortress of Küstrin was long regarded as impregnable, but it could not withstand the modern weapons of the Second World War.

There are eighty kilometres from Berlin to Küstrin and the way on the federal road 1/5 leads across Brandenburg. Shortly before the border to Poland it becomes a little abstract, because here not only a wide landscape is to be seen, but also many light girls at the roadside. But my journey continued unperturbed until behind the river Oder to the fortress.

Arrived at the visitor's parking lot, I went straight to the huge Berlin double gate. Just behind it I find myself on the street of a former city. A new street sign on the corner of a house that is no longer a house indicates in two languages that I am on Berliner Str., ul. Berlińska. It's a strange feeling to wander through the alleys, it's as if dead eyes look out of the cellar holes and ice-cold breath stream out. Die Festung Küstrin war eine Festung, die in der zweiten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts zum Schutz der Residenzstadt Küstrin errichtet wurde. Erst 1920 endete die Nutzung als Festung infolge des verlorenen Ersten Weltkrieges. Küstrin war eine prachtvolle Festungsstadt, bis sie im Frühjahr 1945 in rauchenden Trümmern versank. Heute liegen ihre Ruinen wie ein vergessenes Pompeji unter Gras und Gestrüpp an der deutsch-polnischen Grenze. Die Festung von Küstrin galt lange als uneinnehmbar, aber den modernen Waffen des Zweiten Weltkriegs konnte sie nicht standhalten.

Achtzig Kilometer sind es von Berlin bis Küstrin und der Weg auf der Bundesstraße 1/5 führt einen quer durch Brandenburg. Kurz vor der Grenze zu Polen wird es schon ein wenig abstrakt, da hier nicht nur eine weite Landschaft zu erblicken ist, sondern auch viele leichte Mädchen am Straßenrand. Aber meine Reise ging unbeirrt weiter bis hinter dem Fluss Oder zur Festung.

Kaum auf dem Besucher Parkplatz angekommen, geht es auch gleich zum riesigen Berliner Doppel-Tor. Knapp dahinter befinde ich mich auf der Straße einer ehemaligen Stadt. Ein neues Straßenschild zeigt an einer Hausecke, die keine mehr ist, in zwei Sprachen an, dass ich mich auf der Berliner Str., der ul. Berlińska befinde. Es ist ein seltsames Gefühl, durch die Gassen zu streifen, es ist, als würden tote Augen aus den Kellerlöchern blicken und eiskalter Atem nach draußen strömen. Ich schloss die Augen und baute die prächtigen, barocken Fassaden wieder auf und fange an zu träumen. Straßenbahn Lärm, spielende Kinder, Frauen mit langen Röcken und so weiter. Es ist hier ein echt komisches Gefühl in mir hoch gekommen. Ein weiteres Highlight neben den vielen beklemmenden Gassen sind die Unterkellerungen, diese aber nur per Führung und gegen Gebühr begehbar sind. Auch die alten Festungsmauern, die königlichen Schloss Überreste sowie das Museum „Bastion König“ (2€ pro Person) in den ehemaligen unterirdischen Kasematten. Oder die kleinen Geschichten über den Leutnant und Jugendfreund des preußischen Königs Friedrichs II namens Hans Hermann von Katte, der dort hingerichtet wurde.

　あらすじ

　大学を目指している北見ケイは、SNS上で、6歳年上のイベントコンパニオン、上村香織に出会う。

　上京してきた香織の夢は、有名なアーティストの友達になるためだ。

　そのためにはラジオ局のプロデューサー、大沢亮の存在が必要だった。

　大沢は、ラジオの生放送中、香織へ語りかける。

　「僕には妻子がある。しかし、僕は君に会いたいと思っている」

　ケイの同級生で、彼を想っている三條里香は、香織の動向を探っていた。。。。。

本編

人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。

　ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。

　もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。

　二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。

　再生だ。

　明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。

　それが再生の意味だ。

　十八歳だった僕には大切な人がいた。

１　内省的。　独りで部屋にこもって、壁に向かってぶつぶつ呟く感じ。

２　詩が素敵。曲調に合わせて、作者の世界観がゆらゆら揺らめく世界観。

３　奇想天外。作者の前後のアルバムから推測できない驚きが見える。

４　詩。楽曲。プロデュース。アルバム全体のコンセプトが統一されている。

５　透明感があると個人的には惹かれる。

[ENG] The Hermitage of Our Lady of La Lanzada is a late Romanesque style temple built in the late 12th or early 13th century on the remains of an old linked church to the fortress built in 952, located in Sanjenjo (Galicia, Spain). In this the image "Our Lady of La Lanzada" is venerated. It has a nave covered with a pointed vault and a semicircular apse preceded by a presbyteral space. It is accessed through two gates, and the eaves of the side walls and the apse are supported by decorated corbels. The architecture is very simple and austere. La Ermita de Nuestra Señora de La Lanzada es un templo de estilo románico tardío construida a finales del siglo XII o principios del XIII sobre los restos de una antigua iglesia ligada a la fortaleza levantada en 952, situada en Sanjenjo (Galicia, España). En esta se venera la imagen ‘Nuestra Señora de La lanzada’. Dispone de una nave cubierta con bóveda apuntada y un ábside semicircular precedido de un espacio presbiteral. Se accede por dos portadas, y los aleros de muros laterales y ábside se apoyan en canecillos. La arquitectura es muy simple y austera. Generalife, Jardines Bajos by La magia de la luz

[ENG] The Generalife is a rural village inhabited by the Nasrid kings of Granada for their rest, surrounded by gardens and orchards. It is located in Granada (Spain), near the Alhambra. Construction began in the 13th century in the Arab-Nasrid style commissioned by Muhammed II, and has undergone reforms and additions promoted by his successors. The garden is organized in terraces to adapt to the land, and they have been cultivated without interruption to this day. The current gardens were designed in the 19th century and retain nothing of the medieval approach. It is declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. [ESP] Los Jardines Bajos, también conocidos como Jardines Nuevos porque lo único que queda de los primitivos son las terrazas escalonadas, se construyeron entre 1931 y 1951 proyectados por Francisco Prieto Moreno utilizando cipreses, arrayanes y boj para los setos, así como rosales trepadores, parras y adelfas para formar doseles y emparrados, y gran variedad de árboles frutales, arbustos y flores que suman unas 160 especies. Los caminos están empedrados al estilo granadino que forman dibujos de motivos florales, naturales o geométricos con guijarros blancos del río Darro y negros del río Genil. Cuatro albercas en forma de cruz recuerdan los jardines musulmanes.

El Generalife es una villa rural que habitaron los reyes nazaríes de Granada para su descanso, rodeada de jardines y huertos. Está situado en Granada (España), cercano a la Alhambra. La construcción se inició en el siglo XIII en estilo árabe-nazarí por encargo de Muhammed II, y ha sufrido reformas y añadidos impulsadas por sus sucesores. La huerta está organizada en bancales para adaptarse al terreno, y se han cultivado sin interrupción hasta nuestros días. Los jardines actuales fueron diseñados en el siglo XIX y no conservan nada del planteamiento medieval. Está declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. PP: Developed from 2 images. Blended with "overlay" (60% opacity with light sharpening on CS3) Selectively lighten up dark areas with levels on CS3. It's not quite possible to get it in one shot unless you are on a higher ground. As you can see the skyline was obstructed by the building so I need to merge with another shot to get more of the cityscape.

The Lappa Valley Steam Railway was established by Eric Booth in the 1970s. The trackbed was cleared of the thick undergrowth that had grown since the closure of the railway in 1963, and 15 in (381 mm) gauge track was laid for 1 mile (1.6 km) between Benny Halt and East Wheal Rose.

A new steam locomotive Zebedee was built for the line by Severn Lamb, arriving in early 1974 with 4 locally-built carriages. The railway opened to the public on 16 June 1974.

A large boating lake was dug at East Wheal Rose in 1975 to drain the area around the former mine site, and the whole East Wheal Rose area landscaped. The engine house of East Wheal Rose is the dominant feature of this location.

More locomotives arrived from Longleat in 1976, with more carriages also being built at the time.

In the 1970s a 7+1⁄4 in (184 mm) gauge railway was laid around a smaller boating lake, whilst a third railway, of 10+1⁄4 in (260 mm) gauge, running a further 1⁄2 mi (805 m) along the old trackbed was opened in May 1995.

In 2014 a new owner acquired the railway and made various improvements.

The West Lancashire Light Railway (WLLR) is a 2 ft (610 mm) narrow gauge railway that operates at Hesketh Bank, located between Preston and Southport.

The distance between the stations on the railway is 430 yards (393 m), though track extends eastwards beyond Delph station on ledge above the old clay pit which is too narrow to contain a run round loop.

An extension of up to 435 metres (1,427 ft), running along the north bank of the fishing lake has been proposed. The railway has seven steam locomotives, three of which are in operating condition; two are currently being rebuilt and another is on static display. There are also two electric locomotives and many IC locomotives.

The West Lancashire Light Railway was started in 1967, by six railway enthusiast schoolboys from the Hesketh Bank area. They wanted to save the narrow gauge railway equipment which was disappearing from local industries. They leased a strip of land above the clay pits at Alty's Brickworks and started laying track using rails from the former clay tramways and rough timbers as sleepers.

Two Ruston and Hornsby diesel locomotives were acquired from Burscough Brick & Tile Co. one with a 13 hp engine, the other a 20 hp model, they were respectively named CLWYD and TAWD. CLYWD was the first locomotive to run on the railway in 1969.

These two locos were soon joined by more industrial diesels and the first home-built items of rolling stock.

In 1970, the railway acquired an incomplete set of parts of 1903 Quarry Hunslet steam locomotive IRISH MAIL, from Dinorwic slate quarry in North Wales. The major missing component was a boiler. Members of the WLLR retrieved the remains of Quarry Hunslet ALICE from one of the upper levels of Dinorwic.

ALICE's boiler was retained at the WLLR and the rest sold to the Bala Lake Railway.

Over the next decade the railway re-assembled IRISH MAIL and the locomotive was steamed for the first time in 1980.

The running line slowly grew in length until it ran from Becconsall to a station known as Asland, which is no longer the far terminus of the line. The line in its present form runs from Becconsall to Delph, with the original track to Asland running on from Delph but not suitable for running engines.

　あらすじ

　大学を目指している北見ケイは、SNS上で、6歳年上のイベントコンパニオン、上村香織に出会う。

　上京してきた香織の夢は、有名なアーティストの友達になるためだ。

　そのためにはラジオ局のプロデューサー、大沢亮の存在が必要だった。

　大沢は、ラジオの生放送中、香織へ語りかける。

　「僕には妻子がある。しかし、僕は君に会いたいと思っている」

　ケイの同級生で、彼を想っている三條里香は、香織の動向を探っていた。。。。。

本編

人が海へ向かう理由には、二つある。

　ひとつは、波打ち際ではしゃぐ子供のように、今の瞬間の海の輝きを楽しむこと。

　もうひとつは、その輝きを静かに見据えて、過ぎ去った日々を懐かしむ老人のように記憶の埃を払うこと。

　二つは重なり合わないようではあるけれども、たったひとつの意味しか生まない。

　再生だ。

　明日っていう、曖昧な日を確実なものへと変えてゆくために、自分の存在に向き合う。

　それが再生の意味だ。

　十八歳だった僕には大切な人がいた。

１　それまでの写真展。自分は行きたいと思ったか？

[ÈNG] Doñana's National park (Spain), beach ecosystem, Doñana's National Park includes five different ecosystems: Beaches, Dunes, Border, Marsh and Forest. The beach is one of the wider virgin coasts of Europe, with about 35km between the town of Matalascañas (Huelva) and the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. The beaches of Doñana represent an intense dynamism and change their profile constantly due to the sea regressions through the centuries. Southwestern winds cause the continuous transport of sands over the beaches of the National Park, moved afterwards to the inside forming the trains of mobile dunes. On the beach, shelter of thousands of coastal birds, the remains of marine species such as crustaceans and fish accumulate, and often it is possible to find cetaceans and marine turtles. [ESP] El Parque Nacional de Doñana incluye cinco ecosistemas distintos: Playas, Dunas, Vera, Marisma y Bosque. La playa constituye una de las costas vírgenes más amplias de Europa, con unos 35 Km. entre Matalascañas (Huelva) y la desembocadura del río Guadalquivir, y presentan un intenso dinamismo, modificándose constantemente su perfil debido a las progresiones y regresiones marinas en el transcurso de los siglos. Los vientos de componente SW originan el transporte incesante de arenas sobre las playas del Parque Nacional, trasladadas posteriormente al interior formando trenes de dunas móviles.
