Guy Invincible 431LFJ with its guest crew for the day head back to Huddersfield from the Redbeck Motel in Wakefield.

The photo shows the entrance to the Warszawa Główna Towarowa station, WOC area. On the left, EU07-324 with service train 011100 from Warszawa Grochów Intercity service station to Warszawa Zachodnia, from where it will go further as usual IC "Starzyński" to Terespol. This train is going to enter the so-called Poznań Park so it gonna turn its left a bit later from the main tracks. On the right, ET41-120 with a freight train is entering the WOC group on its left side. Since the switches were under renovation at that time (which can be clearly seen), the freight train was departed from the Warszawa Jelonki station on the left track (what is also indicated by the combination of white/ red lights on the forehead) and was in the meantime dynamically overtaken by the service train.

The skies are darkening with the threat of more snow at East Portal of the Moffat Tunnel. Two GP40s that pushed this eastbound Rio Grande coal train from Tabernash to Winter Park are staying with the train all the way to Denver to provide some dynamic baking down the two-percent grade from the Moffat Tunnel. A couple of skiers also head back to town, braving snow-rutted roads in a 1978 Ford Fairmont, after skiing the trails toward the Continental Divide. Action on the N scale Rio Grande Moffat Road…

Waxbills are beautiful frantic little creatures. Today there was a large group of them hoping around in a good spot for some photo opportunities. Cheers everyone.

I love how she walks, it reminds me so much of a comic of Spirou et Fantasio comics (in one of the books is an animal that breaks out of the zoo, I forgot which animal, but it walks exactly like Disa on this photograph).

This is the first time I have been out with my camera this year.

The winter in the UK is finally drawing to a close so I decided to get up early for sunrise.

The view from up here is great - a moment of peace and tranquillity before the rest of the city wakes up and the chaos starts all over again..

Two Delaware & Hudson Alco C420's, #406 and still in Lehigh Valley paint, #409 wait on the Beldon Hill grade at BL Cabin. This mile and half long siding was once located just under two miles from the Beldon Tunnel with the west end FH Cabin which was located uner Interstate 88. This was the only location between Binghamton and the summit at tunnel where trains could meet during the 80's.

Rick: You're a camouflage.

Morty: Camouflage? What are you talking about, Rick?

Rick: Ricks have a very distinctive and traceable brainwave due to our genius. The best way to hide from an enemy's radar is to stand near someone with complementary brainwaves that make ours invisible. See, when a Rick is with a Morty, the genius waves get canceled out by the, uh, Morty waves.

An unplanned trip, a proximate destination, a group with a common passion...

These are the elements that made this session special. Scarce with precious time and resources, a trip to the most visited landscape destination like batanes, palawan, etc was not possible.

Then I remembered a friend telling me, why go far when prized landscapes abound the coast of batangas, a 2 hour drive from manila.

These are the takes of a place familiar yet undiscovered...

A place called "La Provincia del Cumintang". A place to catch the beauty and pursuit of light.
