As promised in the previous photo, I took some photos, not many, on Isla del Soto. This is one of them. Solitary, snowy, the murmur of the water from this deviation of the Tormes river ... And very cold.
The Story of this lake is the devistation of modern farming and Republican rule. This used to be a VERY unique ecosystem with uneard of large muscles, newts, salamanders, frogs, insects etc...It was all destoryed and nothing much can live in it because of factory farming. CAFOS are factory farms that produce incredible amounts of pollution that has to go somewhere. In Indiana Nobody cares where it goes.

Unlike Sanssouci Palace, which was built in the rococo style, Frederick the Great preferred Baroque forms in the architecture of the New Palace, albeit with a few deviations. The king stuck to these two architectural styles until the end of his life.

I am all you ever wanted
I'm a new dimension
Immortality perfected, phantomized
Expansion of lies
Generation of life
Finding every deviation
Just to keep the future alive
Under a Phantom Divine
Touched by the light
In ambrosial grace
No applause for the old pantomime
In the shadows of our dreams
A Phantom Divine
I'm the face of the selected
I'm your chain reaction
I am mortally rejected
I am the empire connecting the mind
And I'll die just to keep you alive
Under a Phantom Divine
Touched by the light
In ambrosial grace
No applause for the old pantomime
In the shadows of our dreams
A Phantom Divine
Under a Phantom Divine
Touched by the light
In ambrosial grace
No applause for the old pantomime (PANTOMIME)
In the shadows of our dreams
The Phantom Divine
There is still hope for you
(I AM THE EMPIRE)
All that you see is true
(I AM THE EMPIRE)
There is still hope for us
Under a Phantom Divine

Please accept my apologies for another long exposure of the groyne region. It's a little foreshortened but as everyone knows, that's what tends to happens in cold weather!
English version:
The Pont-Neuf spans the Garonne, and connects the place of the Pont-Neuf to the street of the Republic in Toulouse. In spite of its name, it is the oldest bridge of the city still upright which spans the Garonne. The others were carried by the risings of the river.
At the 16th century, the bad condition of the bridge of Sea-bream made consider its replacement. The construction of the new bridge was initiated by Capitouls but it started really only in 1541, when king François Ier decided to finance construction by a special tax of it on the region.
The project had caused a very complete study, which did not make it possible however to avoid a deviation of 20 meters compared to the initial plans. The first stone is posed on January 8th, 1544 by Jean de Mansencal at the time of a ceremony. Stopped in 1560 by the religious wars, work was completed in 1632.

The Grande Arche (German "large bow") is a modern building in the form of a tesseraktförmigen triumphal arch in the high-rise district La Défense in the city of Puteaux, west of Paris. This new triumphal arch is officially called La Grande Arche de la Fraternité, but is often called in Paris but also L'Arche de La Défense or simply La Grande Arche. It forms the western perspective of the so-called Ax Historique, the avenue that forms a straight line with the more famous Arc de Triomphe and the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, located between the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre.
However, the building is not aligned exactly with the visual axis of the Ax historique, but rotated by 6.5 degrees from the axis. This deviation had to be accepted because the construction of the traffic tunnels (RER, Métro and motorway) had to be taken into account. The slightly oblique view results in a spatially deeper effect of the structure from a distance than would be the case with a frontal view .
No deviation from the path.
This path known as the "Paston way" is all that remains of
The Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway line that used to run between the towns of North Walsham and north to the seaside town of Cromer, north Norfolk.

Is anyone getting fed up of these?
Got bored of pulling up nettles so had a little dabble and I quite liked this one, a bit trippy, I would imagine, but cheaper and legal.
If anyone is remotely interested, this is what happens if you twirl 'The Little Things'. 😳😳

Please excuse any lapse of quality in my photos. Monday morning, my cell phone accidentally dropped in water. I mainly edit my photos using an app. I'm using an old phone to edit now until a replacement phone arrives. Luckily it's in the mail. The two photos I posted before this didn't quite turn out the way I thought they would when uploaded to Flickr. I think there's a slight deviation in color and clarity.
irritating, perhaps, who is surprised that this biblitheque is from Santiago Calatrava ... but perhaps irritates you the deviation within the elliptical shape, which makes it easy neither for the photographer nor for the viewer, because you look in vain for a reflection around a central axis ;-)

Kichik Khala (kiçik, küçük — Turkic for “little”; قلعة, khala, qala — Arabic for “fortress”) is what we call the vertical rocks towering above the neighborhood of Starosélye (Salachik, Salaçıq) in the easternmost part of the city of Bakhchysarai (Republic of Crimea, Russia).

I uploaded a photo this morning, 'Storm in the polder'. On that occasion, it was too cloudy to get the movements in the clouds nicely visible.
This afternoon, the sky opened up, so I went again to the same spot, for a second attempt. A lot more satisfying I think!
Despite the satisfying results, I learned a valuable lesson about the boundaries of my (cheap) filter set (Stealth Gear). Massive colour deviation into red, purple and magenta. Only heavy processing in Lightroom and Photoshop saved the picture. I'm anxious for your comments.. what do you think of it?
Comments are always welcome and favs most appreciated.
