The pivotal reason I leaned on RAM was due to the Mopar connection. The fact that they custom manufacture hundreds of accessories for RAMs is priceless. From running boards and bed steps to vinyl decals, lift kits, and tonneau covers, you can't go wrong with Mopar. Of course, the Rebel model is already rugged and features an aggressive front fascia, performance-tuned shock absorbers, skid plates, 1” higher suspension, Goodyear Wrangler all-terrain tires, 18x8” off-road rims, and a bulged performance hood to house the stalwart 5.7-liter V8 HEMI e-Torque engine. However, I tapped into Mopar’s massive inventory to outfit “Soul Rebel 22” with a few essential parts that included:
• Cold Air Intake System
• Cat-Back Exhaust System
• Spray-In Bedliner
• Utility Rails & Hide-a-Hooks
• Deployable Bed-Step
• Cargo Bed Divider
• Matte Black Front Air Deflector
• Mopar Accessory Kit featuring:
1.Stainless Steel License Plate Cover
2.Stainless Steel Keychain
3.Mopar Valve Stem Caps
This VIS image is located on the eastern flank of Alba Mons. Linear faults and graben surround the volcano, intersecting and deflected around the summit. The large graben is called Acheron Catena. The term catena means a string of craters or circular depressions. The circular depressions in this image were likely formed by the collapse of the preexisting surface into a subsurface void. Graben are formed by extension of the crust and faulting. When large amounts of pressure or tension are applied to rocks on timescales that are fast enough that the rock cannot respond by deforming, the rock breaks along faults. In the case of a graben, two parallel faults are formed by extension of the crust and the rock in between the faults drops downward into the space created by the extension. Several sets of graben are visible in this THEMIS image, trending from north-northeast to south-southwest. Because the faults defining the graben are formed perpendicular to the direction of the applied stress, we know that extensional forces were pulling the crust apart in the west-northwest/east-southeast direction. Acheron Catena is 421km long (261 miles). Lava flows are visible in this image.

This odd weapon uses a helical mag-fed system which can be chambered to house the .45, .357, .44 and .50 AE. This model shown uses the .44 and has a 50 round mag (double stacked). It was designed to be both fired from the hip and the shoulder as well as to be optionally ambidextorous. Was used worldwide until it was replaced by the XR-5001 which came with an integrated bi-pod and a longer barrel.
Got my inspiration from my bari-sax, believe it or not.

Used one Einstein at camera right. Deflector at left. As well, the sun is setting at far left. The tire dust is hand tossed. The spinning tire was (rather poorly) enhanced in PS. Used a Topaz filter for effect.

Wonder Woman has those cool cuffs to deflect bullets. I have my stack of bracelets to deflect...well, anything that discourages me.
Each of the bracelets represents something important to my life as a writer. While I can't type on my laptop with them all on, they are reminders of just enough weight of what I can achieve when I work hard and dare to disturb the universe.
All but one was packed away for Phase 1 of Project 333. I'm glad to have my own personal Wonder Woman cuffs back on my wrists.

I wish I had some better ideas in my head for this project. It's probably going to slowly turn into an instagram 365.

Winter Camp Wash is a stream (and its course) in Arches National Park. This photo was taken along the wash (sand at lower right) in the huge amphitheater below Delicate Arch. It was the first of at least two attempts to achieve Enlightenment during a circumnavigation of Delicate Arch.
Full-body contact with Moabian sandstone is one route to a higher plane of existence. The casual viewer will probably assume that I am looking at the sky, but in fact my eyes are closed and my mind has been emptied of all earthly thoughts (not difficult, as my brain rarely contains any). By maintaining this position for 7.1 hours without moving in the slightest, I was able to understand why Orville Redenbacher went into the popcorn business. This was not the type of Enlightenment I was seeking, but I have learned to be grateful for what I receive. The remainder of the day was a pleasant experience, no doubt due to my increased awareness of the world.
Joe Tripod, as always, gave his all to ensure that this enlightening photo would make it past the concept stage.

Generali tower by Zaha Hadid (2004-18), 'the twisted one', 170m, 44 floors. It features a double-façade of sun-deflecting louvres flanked by glazing to provide efficient environmental control.
www.zaha-hadid.com/architecture/citylife-milano/
“Aligned at ground level with three of the city’s primary axes that converge within CityLife, the 170m (44-storey) Generali Tower connects with its surrounding public piazzas and park; the curvilinear geometries of its podium defined by the perceived centripetal forces generated from the staggered intersection of these three city axes at the tower’s base. This vortex of centripetal forces at ground level is transferred vertically through the tower by realigning successive rhomboid-shaped floor plates to twist the tower about its vertical axis. This helical twist reduces incrementally with the height of each floor above street level, giving all floors a fractionally different relationship to the floors above and below.” www.archdaily.com/893309/generali-tower-zaha-hadid-archit...
The CityLife project in Milan is a redevelopment of a former barracks and parade ground and the trade fair exhibition site Fiera Campionaria Italiana (which relocated to Rho Pero). The three office towers provide a focal point and form the heart of the CityLife business district. They are: the Allianz Tower by Andrea Maffei & Arata Isozaki (Il Dritto / the Straight One); Generali Tower by Zaha Hadid (Lo Storto / the Twisted One); PwC Tower by Daniel Libeskind (Il Curvo / the Curved One).
CityLife, covering 36.6 hectares, includes 1,000 new homes, offices for more than 11,000 staff, public piazzas and a public park. Parking is underground, there is a 5 km-long cycling path and a brand new metro station named Tre Torri. It connects with the Milan Congress Centre (MiCo).

I showed the results of my last test to a studio photographer how knows much mor about beauty dishes than I do and he told me, that the goingover from light to dark is not perfect. So I tried to find out if the distance between defelctor an beauty dish would have any effect. To see if the cone I made still amkes sense, I made always one shot with cone and one without to be able to compare the results in the end. To me its obvious that the cone brings out more light and gives a softer going over. But still there is something left to do to get a perfect result I think. If anyone has an idea how to get a softer goingover: any ideas would be welcome.

After months of delay, evasion, sidestepping, and deflecting, I shall dodge the proverbial bullet no longer. Plus, I was bored tonight, I had clean laundry, the battery to my camera was fully charged, the skies had parted, and basically the stars were in alignment, and so I said, “what da hell?” I’ll do it, my self-portrait. At first, I was aiming high, real high, something genius, but then it just took to long to come up with the concept, and thus, this is what it came to… the mirror shot. So here it is, it’s finally me… anonymous no longer. Hmmmm, now I know what Bruce Wayne would feel like if he ever told everyone he was Batman…. ; )
P.S. Please no throwing of fruits, vegetables, darts, poop, or assorted items at this picture. Failure to comply shall result in no punishment whatsoever unless you live in a place I want to visit anyway.
BTW, probably won’t be able to stop in tomorrow, but will catch up with everyone either late tomorrow night or Saturday. TGIF, and have an awesome weekend guys and gals!
