HOW The LIBERAL MEDIA IS TRYING TO SLANDER & LIBEL SARAH PALIN...NOW LIBERAL PRESS IS TRYING TO PORTRAY PALIN AS A BIG, MEAN, BRUTAL CONSERVATIVE

see m.newsbusters.org/blogs/tim-graham/2011/06/05/politico-wa...

...I personally think PALIN is awesome ! she speaks boldly....with confidence...she has PLUCK ..& I think she could be a great, strong leader ..& its shameless how the liberal media is so cowardly in their sleazy attempt to defame her ..in any way possible..now suggesting her tour is "dangerous" on the road... that's the liberal tactic...to defame anybody conservative as "dangerous" to the lives of others..they feign fear..even sometimes falsely accuse..but these male reporters really going to go so far as to try to portray themselves as afraid of a woman ? and where are the liberal women? don't they dare make a stand? Palin has guts. Charlie sheen also slandered her..being the coward he is ...I saw Palin on her campaign tour when she came to Home Depot Center in Carson, CA...and I hope she's running again..this time for the top post..we have some strong republican contenders, incl hermain cain, amongst others, but u wouldn't know it if u follow liberal media (time mag left Cain out altogether in their last 2 articles)

What is the liability of Internet operators (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) for violations by users? Is there an obligation – for publishers and bloggers – to remove defamatory comments? And if the news is fake, who is responsible for it? What are the liabilities in the case of the sharing of videos or photos that depict third parties?

My first Dirt Track shoot.as a PRESS member…Yippeees!

Few things I need to learn. Shutter Speeds. If u need to catch that defame of Dirt jumping up from the Rear Wheel …or if you need to Pan a Shot…u need to change vary slight shutterspeeds as per your taste.

Yes it sounds easy now to talk about it…but if u do not do these little estimations in shutterspeeds and aperture THERE, at THAT moment…u might get a lil disappointed to see the result in the 17” screen at home!

No had feelings with this particular snap though…but a few others could’ve come better.

Yes.True Story

In the wake of the settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, the firing of Fox's anchor Tucker Carlson and in anticipation of the upcoming Smatrmatic defamation lawsuit members of the activist groups Truth Tuesdays and Rise and Resist gathered on April 25, 2023 for the weekly FOX LIES DEMOCRACY DIES event outside the NewsCorp Building in Manhattan. Activists are pushing back against -what they call- Rupert Murdoch's right-wing propaganda machine. (Photo by Erik McGregor)

Rudy Giuliani lost a defamation suit filed by two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss after he didn’t provide information requested in subpoenas. The former New York City mayor had falsely claimed Freeman and Moss were “ballot-stuffing criminal conspirators.”

Judge Beryl Howell ordered Donald Trump’s former attorney to pay $133,000 in damages after he failed to provide discovery documents in the case. The judge called Giuliani’s failure “willful discovery misconduct.” “Giuliani conceded in a court filing earlier this year that he had made false statements against the pair, which he said were ‘defamatory per se.’ Still, he argued his statements were constitutionally protected.” According to The Hill, “Howell’s ruling finds Giuliani civilly liable by default for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and civil conspiracy.” A trial will take place to determine damages.

Giuliani finds himself in financial jeopardy as he faces additional defamation suits brought by voting equipment companies and disbarment actions.

Americans have lost confidence in their government. We no longer trust our legislators and the Supreme Court to solve our country’s problems: income inequality, affordable health care, a woman’s right to decide what’s best for her health, the economy, and climate change. Governance has become a series of battles. It’s no longer just political ideology. We are at war over cultural issues while our politicians ignore our basic needs. And we’ve lost faith in our country’s institutions when ersatz news organizations like Fox knew Donald Trump lost the election but promoted voter fraud to get ratings.

The morals of our GOP legislators and their sycophants are just as important as their economic policy. How can we trust a party that Alex Patton, a Florida-based Republican consultant and pollster, has characterized as a party that “has become mean and driven by emotion on whom we dislike.”? “But,” he says, “that is the driving force in American politics right now.” That is the driving force of the GOP, not the Democrats. This is not an example of the equality of “bothsidesism.”

In my essay, “ It’s Time to Release Our Own Kraken!" I outlined the history of the Republican Party’s “below the belt” tactics. They continue to be underhanded to this day. But with the low level of civility in our present polarized country, many Republican legislators now in office have hit new ethical lows.

As a visual artist who has spent over a decade creating posters about the sorry state of American political discourse, this year I began a new series of portraits, "Faces of the Republican Party." The men and women in this series deserve to be taken to task for their unwillingness to compromise, belief in conspiracy theories, and disdain for the LGBTQ+ community, women’s rights, and our children’s education. The purpose of our government is to solve our nation’s problems. It’s not a place for personal vendettas or manufactured cultural issues.

“Faces of the Republican Party” is not a partisan series of portraits. Merriam-Webster defines the word as “a firm adherent to a party, faction, cause, or person, especially one exhibiting blind, prejudiced, and unreasoning allegiance.” The people depicted in these images are the partisans. Instead, my series is a documentary and op-ed showcasing the facts in 2022. All of them had a hand in trying to overthrow the government. These images are MAGA Republicans who put their blind allegiance to Donald Trump and their careers ahead of the needs of the American people.

Republicans are perfect examples of Patton’s “driving force.” This force is dirty, mean, misogynistic, selfish, and wastes our tax dollars. These people are just a small sampling of individuals responsible for the loss of credibility and faith in America’s institutions. And worse, they couldn’t care less.

After the show became a hit and all of the cast members went on to mainstream popularity the Metropole Hotel was planning on leaving the rooms set up suite style and cash in on the notoriety with a hefty $2,000 a night to rent to "Jersey Shore Suite" ... after careful thinking The Metropole realized the popularity of the show was with a demographic that could not afford $2,000 a night for a hotel room one block off of Ocean Drive and the rooms were returned to individual status and the private hot tub area was returned to common area status, even though The Metropole Hotel has been changed forever by reality show television.
