Single frame raw developed in DxO PhotoLab 7, colour graded in Nik 7 Color Efex and Luminar Neo, tweaked in Topaz AI-3 and finished off back in PhotoLab.

I found a Cyclops! 😂

Cyclops Arch in Alabama Hills, with the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the background and a dramatically cloudy sky above.

wanted to do a hero inspired blog since i hadn't in a while. never thought i would do cyclops, he was never one of my faves. but here he is.

This began life as a chub mod, if you can believe that. I made this before the Gunjin, so it's been sitting on my shelf for at least two years.

 

I'd intended to develop this concept past the prototype stage, but got distracted with the Gunjin, and never did. There are some neat ideas here, so I decided to post it as-is.

While visiting the Mulheim wreck, I took the opportunity to photograph the "Long Ships Lighthouse" from Castle Zawn inlet - the resting place of the wreck.

 

This image is a composite of a few similar images taken on a tripod to include a interesting wave, sky, light (in the lighthouse), and birds together in the frame.
