This is a spherical view of the Quire at York Minster, England, the second-largest Gothic cathedral of Northern Europe.
An interesting arch in the Alabama Hills. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are in the distance. You can get a sense of the size of this arch by noting Wilbur in the center of the image.
Found in the Alabama Hills near Lone Pine, California. This arch is also known as Skull or Double Arch. By any name it is an interesting arch.
A fab night out With some excellent company

A couple of days ago, we got caught in a downpour on the beach. Despite my hat, the rain was blowing so hard right into my face that I had to walk bent over towards the ground ... and that's when I saw this mythic creature!
How amazing is it that someone can tell a story about one-eyed giants and then several THOUSAND years later I can pick up this rock and know the face by name?!! Mankind felt very small to me in that moment. I was smiling all the way home, pleased with my find!
This is one of my favorite arches in the Alabama Hills of California. The milky way arch can be framed this arch only during the spring. And I tried to use a super wide lens to shoot the timelapse of milky way movement. And this is one of the moment I captured with Sky shot at 15 sec ISO 8000.
Ich sehe darin einen Ruderfußkrebs.
My imagination say that this looks like a Copepod

This shot prove to be very challenging while setting up the lighting. With four low level lights set up, there was a lot of adjustments to get the lighting just right.
While setting this shot up we were talking about how much the rock formation looks like a giant skull. Sometimes our imagination runs away with us.

It 'aint perfect, but its so iconic that I can't help but be happy with how it turned out!
For the torso and legs I used a knockoff Wolverine minifigure. My mistake, though, was using those legs. I should've have used ones that were a lighter color so the boots wouldn't look so weird. :/ But the rest of it turned out pretty great! (Especially the head)
