The Fighting Chipmunks and the Hawk

Two chipmunks were fighting by a stream for mastery of the land. One had beaten the other and the loser skulked away and hid himself in the woods, while the winner climbed on a large rock and squealed about his victory and gloated in a dance. A hawk sailing through the air pounced on him and carried him away in his talons. The beaten chipmunk left the woods and ruled by the stream for the rest of his days.

At least I hope this is him. I'm not as knowledgeable with Marvel super heroes.
