Rubber-stamped envelope that I received in an exchange awhile back. Sent to mail artist friend in France.
Water heated to 168 degrees is passed through the hot grain mash to extract the grain's sugars. This liquid becomes the "wort", which will become the beer.

My hands love to create, to touch softness, to feel texture, to feel the breeze and the sun. My hands love to touch things in nature, hold a small child's hand and show my love and appreciation with a heartfelt gesture.

One of my goals in the coming year to really change up my photography a bit, but keeping my own unique perspective and how I see things.
Create a high-fashion surrealist portrait of a glamorous model whose upper body is replaced by a glossy red soda can, shaped like an elegant hourglass. She wears a shimmering red gown that flows like liquid metal, capturing studio light in dazzling reflections. Silver stiletto heels accentuate her confident stride, while the muted background highlights her bold, iconic silhouette. Blend haute couture with pop-art whimsy, celebrating the fusion of fashion, fantasy, and commercial nostalgia in a striking editorial style.

The Rip Curl Pro International Surfing Competition held at Bells Beach Victoria Australia was supposed to run from 28th March to 8th April 2018. We went on the last day on 8th April and found the competition finished three days earlier. It is quite disappointing as there was no obvious announcement about its early finish. We were not the only party missing the event, there were other interested visitors having the same fate. As a result, we photographed the practising amateur surfers instead.

It is a lengthy procedure. What? Oh, giving birth to a monkey of course. You need to get him just so, you see. Exact stitches and rows, right colours and a tonne of love. Yes, the creation of a knitted critter truly is divine.
