The sunset was vivid as I rode my bike home, foolishly with a full camera bag after riding to Nudgee Beach. I am still hurting. No mucking round with saturation etc, it was beautiful

Sauteed "sprout tops" and avruga caviar butter sauce.
Notes: The "sprouts tops" were akin to collard greens, but they weren't bitter. The avruga caviar sauce was minerally, slightly smokey, and buttery (Harris uses the butter that he makes at the restaurant).

Each year, we make a trip to Asbury University to use their Confidence Ropes Course. As officer candidates, we learn about trusting others with your safety and how to build up the courage to do something you might think you aren't able to do. This trip is a lot of fun for the cadets and it proves to be a great learning experience as well.
I received this certificate for the completion of my acting course. Yes, it's nice to have something, but I have *no* idea what the numbers mean. I've got 24 Credits out of how many? Is Level Three better or worse than Level One? What's the scale? I'm sure someone somewhere with a spreadsheet is happy though.
