I spent a day cupping coffees in Jaen with Cenfrocafe's cupping team: Alex, Elias and Ronny. This year, we are relying on these guys to build larger lots for us to taste (as opposed to sending seventy-something samples to North Carolina for Tim and my cupping pleasure). Overall, we tasted some good coffees and the streamlined process should allow us to receive Valle del Santuario more quickly than ever before.

The heavy horse handlers walked round the obstacle course before tackling it with their horse and dray.
