Our cooking class at the Mathallen Food Market in Oslo, Norway, during our Lindblad/National Geographic trip called The Nordic Nations: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland which included a ground extension to St. Petersburg, Russia. The Nordic Nations portion of the trip was done aboard the 102 passenger ship, National Geographic Orion.
