This was the fish head curry coming along nicely at the Cookery Magic cooking class in Singapore.
Happy Thanksgiving! I'm at a cooking class, massaging onions to draw out the juice, soften them, and blend the spices, herbs, and pepper sauce. Messy, but sooo yummy.
