To finish, pop under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes to finish setting the top. I added a tiny bit of ground herbes de provence as well. YUM.

Making Yufka for the Winter. A group of women from the village get together over in one of their homes, where they make this flat bread which they then dry and store for the winter. A few days later they meet in another one's home and repeat.
They were just too "Fresh" to resist photographing them (honestly I'm not an apple fan) but picturing them is fun!
