Is that the plural of Baba Ganoush? The finished efforts of some of the cookery class's efforts - I didn't have time to make mine look as pretty as the others (understatment - at the front in case you couldn't guess), but apparently it's 'lovely and lemony'. So there.

You pay for tuk-tuks and their drivers by how far they transport you, about $20-$25 per day depending on whether you are visiting the local port or going to one of the furthest temples, though the prices may increase if fuel continues to go up.
Rady just had to hang around and wait for us when we were busy visiting things. Here, he is waiting for Susie and I to come out of a cookery course we attended in Siem Reap. We were trying to catch him napping, but he was normally too quick for us!! :-)

One of Looking to Cook's most highly rated places both to eat and learn how to cook is the Riverford Farm Kitchen in South Devon. They host an annual cookery course around harvest time in late September when so much produce is at its peak.
