Filmy sliced beef fillet, served with a small rocket salad and pecorino cheese: the second course. Wonderful!
The course commis serve the Thai chicken salad. This was the shredded poached chicken leg meat with a really good Thai dressing of shallots, ginger, garlic, lime, Thai fish sauce.
