Edited initially in LR5, and then with NikFX Analog Efex Pro 2 to add the light leak effect.

A man and his dog...staring out to sea. Guess it was the clouds. Best enlarged.

When we contemplate the whole globe as one great dewdrop, striped and dotted with continents and islands, flying through space with other stars all singing and shining together as one, the whole universe appears as an infinite storm of beauty.

I've been working in Sktchy App and this was for the WAXfineprint assignment. You create a piece of art on top of words of your choice. I chose some quotes from Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart. A great read.

Natasha and Mulan look up at the ceiling of the Temple of Heaven as Mulan tells Natasha a story about the spirits of her ancestors.

We ran into Mulan one evening as she was leaving the pavilion for the night. She offered to let Natasha be her last photo of the evening. Yeah! Unfortunately I didn't have my flash with me that night. Not to worry though, I would just use the video light on my phone. Of course I would need Natasha to cooperate, something she was in no mood to do.

To quell her anxiety Mulan offered to take us into the Tomb Warrior exibit room. There Natasha relaxed a bit and sat in Mulans lap for some portraits. After a few photos Mulan decided to talk with Natasha for a bit, before taking her on a tour of the exhibit and using it to tell Natasha stories about her battles with the Hun armies. A very memorable experience for her that seemed to last a lot longer than the ten minutes my camera says it did.

I put this together for the Down Under Challenge (I’ve really gotta break out my camera and start rounding up some more images of my own…). The original image of the cow was provided by Bazza155 , and the manipulations by the other members of the group can be seen here, DUC125/ .

Greetings mate! I love voyaging forth to Zion National Park to contemplate poetry, physics, the golden ratio, and the Tao te Ching! What's your favorite epic poetry reflecting epic landscapes? I recently finished a book titled Epic Poetry for Epic Landscape Photographers:

www.facebook.com/Epic-Poetry-for-Epic-Landscape-Photograp...

Did you know that John Muir, Thoreau, and Emerson all loved epic poetry and poets including Shakespeare, Milton, Homer, and Robert Burns?

I recently finished my fourth book on Light Time Dimension Theory, much of which was inspired by an autumn trip to Zion!

www.facebook.com/lightimedimensiontheory/

Via its simple principle of a ofurth expanding dimension, LTD Theory provides a unifying, foundational *physical* model underlying relativity, quantum mechanics, time and all its arrows and asymmetries, and the second law of thermodynamics. The detailed diagrams demonstrate that the great mysteries of quantum mechanical nonlocality, entanglement, and probability naturally arise from the very same principle that fosters relativity alongside light's constant velocity, the equivalence of mass and energy, and time dilation.
