Thought I'd try another self-portrait. Although I'm overall really happy with the composition I'll admit I think the processing could've been better. It's quite noisy I think?
I think I'll have another crack at this shot in the next week or so, see if I can get it just right.
Thanks for looking, please comment if you have the time.

Just enjoying the moment before hitting city centre. Stayed in an amazing apartment an was almost reluctant to leave.
Lewis Carroll book Through the Looking Glass says "life, what is it but a dream."
I had my camera in my hand and clicking away.

This is the same big boy whose image I posted yesterday. He seemed very indecisive - obviously contemplating jumping down the bank to come to the water, but finally deciding not to.
The rain had temporarily stopped, giving us some time to appreciate the alien beauty of the glacier.

[Why this Photo: This old man with the Tea Kettle was sitting alone alongside a busy road near the Railway Station in Lahore. He sat there completely lost in his own world totally unaware of any goings on around him. I had my camera in my hand but didn't want to take a photo and make him conscious so I got into my car and shot a few candids before I approached him.
While taking the photo I had this overwhelming feeling of being transported to an older era, more peaceful, slower paced, and the desaturated look was an attempt to capture that feeling.
While taking the photo I was also aware of the tombstone like appearance of the wall behind the subject and the framing was done with that and the old man's frail look in mind.]
