Another year passed by. Personally I had a very busy year. In April I became father for the second time and in July I changed job. Still I found some time for taking photos as the small compilation above will show you.

I need to take some more of these but I think its harder than any other type of photography ;/ taking photos in below freezing temperature, waiting for perfect 'seeing' conditions (which is nearly impossible in the city) and whilst the Moon is in its earliest phase, not to mention trying to keep up with the moving object (Adjust the camera + telescope position every 3 seconds) a couple of these were my 1st attempt a few years ago.
First try at doing a Compilation video of my 2013 photos. Would love some feedback please. Hope you like it.

These images were taken at the Doug Fir Lounge in Portland, Oregon, on October 24th, 2008. It was an awesome cd release party for "(D)early Departed," a compilation cd to benefit the Lone Fir Cemetery.

These photos are out of order - I'm sorry - I had traveled and one of my cameras was an hour off of the other.
It was a fantastic show - amazing music, wonderful storytellers, happy times. The end of the evening was especially fun - everyone came out onstage and sang "Don't Fear the Reaper." TOTALLY rocked. :D

Model stayed consistently 6 feet from wall. Single 580exII camera right. Camera aperture, ISO and shutter speed stayed constant at ISO200, ss 250 and f5.6. Changed light distance (10 feet, 6 feet, 2.5 feet, 1 foot) and flash power (1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32)..
