Thanks to Meeza 1, I got a 'round tu-it' today! But as I went through my Flicker shots, I discovered I haven't pointed my camera at a yellow shafted Northern Flicker! I'm sure I've seen one or two or three or more! They are rare here, but do show up now and then! The females look pretty much the same, except the yellow shafted female has a slight patch of red on the back of the head (hard to see) and a brown face! The male has a black mustache instead of red, and a brown face, not gray. In this composition, the to birds on the right are male orange shafted Flickers ! Yellow shaft and red shaft interbred! They have a red patch on the back of the head in addition to the red mustache of the red shafted Flicker! (on the left is a red shafted Flicker) So anyway...this is a start! From now on I won't pass any Flicker without taking at least one shot of it! I'm still learning! :)

A comparison of Kes and April (Kes - L, April - R). Although April is a bit older in her picture, the resemblence is there especially when Kes is very serious and sober.

The tallest one is actually a mobile phone charm. She was made in China and stands around 4 inch tall. The pink hair and the tiniest one with long red hair were given to my by my niece.

I picked the single best exposure of the car and then played around with it in lighroom, then exported it. What do you guys think?

Comparing the Jesse and Richard sculpts. I have Thomas too but didn't feel like pulling his head off, lazy me. Jesse's head is larger, similar to Harlequin.

Baby's Breath makeup comparison w/ original Kenner.

Notes: Baby's Breath's eyeshadow is slightly more intense than Blonde Kenner. Fern's shadow has more of a yellowish tint to it while BB's is a grassy green. Her lips are also a more muted pink when compared to Fern's.

I really think that BB's makeup is super-Kennery in color and style. I just <3 this girl!!!

Here's a comparison between regular iPhone resolution (on the left) and the new iPhone 4's retina display.

In these screens, focus on the font used on the gameboard - you'll really see a marked difference when you compare the smaller numbers.

Winter pic taken January 8, and summer pic June 27. Today (the 27th) was perhaps our first real summer day. Not very warm but at least sunny ;) The winter pic was shot at a temperature of around -25 centigrades, so effectively there is about 40 centigrades temperature difference in the two shots.

Fake (made in China) one is taller and skinnier than a real DDung (made in Korea) who seems more like a pudgy toddler. Fakes do not come in official packaging. Fakes clothing is glued on. They have skimpy undies also, just a pasted piece of ribbon.

Real DDungs clothing can be removed.
