When I first bought Ocean Filigree I thought it was Crazy Quilt. I received Crazy Quilt today...I've been waiting a long time to find one at a good price.
These two make a nice pair - two of the coolest pieces I have!

I like the taller bodies primarily because the taller bodies are more suited to interact with my fashion dolls!

Universal Pooyan bodies remind me a lot of Integrity Jem, so I took a comparison shot (and added my japanese Amelie in the mix ^^)
Jem bodies are nice, and I like their uniqueness. The torsos look great, like a mix between the Brides and FR². But if I had to change something it would be the legs : their poseability is very limited, the knees are not pivotal, and it makes them more rigid than other Integrity dolls.
I like that their feet are Monster High size, but they look a little strange with these extra long toes, and because of that they can't wear all the shoes I'd like.
I like the Universal Pooyan optional legs better, they're so well articulated with a very nice range. (On a side note the regular legs are much more limited and are more like Jem. It takes a lot off the doll's poseability)
The arched feet are my favorite, the sculpt is very nice, stylized and realistic at the same time, and can wear much more shoes than Jem.
The torso can move up and down, but also left and right, which is a big plus in my book, and shows it is possible.
The plastic used for the body has a very nice and solid feel, and almost all the parts can be removed.
The arms are very defined, which is unusual for a fashion doll and gives them an action figure look. But the body is still very feminine.
I'd love to see these bodies manufactured in different skintones in the future! ;)

These two are a comparison for exact same ToD and weather without any changes for dungeon and "normal" interior. I think I'm close to striking a good balance. Close... but not there. What do you think??

P.S. Yeah, I know those weird lights up above the bar are weird. Relighting Skyrim puts them there I think. Not sure what to do about them... Ah well. It's Skyrim... If only Bethesda actually made it so windowlights actually, you know, emit light.
Both of these quilt tops are made with 196 HSTs, in groups of four, that set in at three inches. I think it's interesting that the setting on the left, with the "four-pack" arrangement, has such a grid, straight forward look to it and the one on the right, with the HSTs as pinwheels, gives a much more rounded look. I may have to try one with the Broken Dishes arrangement for the four HSTs and see what that looks like :)
Which one looks better? Oh and I apologize for deleting a lot of my previous pictures. I'm just doing some testing.
This is a set of pictures I was thinking of making since several months ago. I wanted to create a line-up of my sister's and my own dolls, but something different from your usual comparison pictures.

Cleverly, Nottingham City Transport E400 City 433 had been parked alongside Nottingham Heritage Vehicles Leyland Atlantean 433 at Autokarna 2018. This provided the perfect opportunity to compare the two.

I finally got a chance to test out my new Hoya circular polarizing filter today at my nearest park.
This comparison is a great example of the result of using the filter on plants/trees etc on a sunny day.
The images are straight out of the camera with no post processing applied except for pasting them into a single file.
The top image is taken with no polarization and the bottom one is with polarization. You can see that the main difference between the two is the glare and reflection coming from the leaves on the non-polarized shot is simply not there on the polarized one. This allows the colour to be brought out in the leaves, increasing the overall saturation.
I would reccommend viewing this shot in Large to check out the clarity of the small white flowers running next to the bush. You almost cannot make them out on the non-polarized image.
Also, the shadows appear reduced in the polarized shot, bringing a bit more detail to those areas which is much more pleasant.
I will be testing my new toy out a little more over the next few days so I hope to have some more images up soon.

I had some free time this morning while I was working on dolls and I decided to take this since I haven't really seen a comparison with the dolls actually naked.
I guess everyone's afraid they'll be a creeper for posting nude dolls. Lol.
But the bratzillaz dolls are about Monster high height without shoes, The body is amazing of not a little strange to get used to. She has...
A normal head joint, Up down left right turning and all that.
Her waist has this beautifull joint that tilts in about any direction like and upperbody does. And it turns left and right, It looks a little funky without clothes but if she was wearing a dress or something I'm sure it'd make for some great posing.
Her shoulder moves back and forth up and down and around, It's limited a little bit but it's still great.
She has and elbow joint and her wrist is the same as the 2010's
Her hip is on a joint similer to the new monster high ones. (and the CAM's) so it has quite a bit of movement, Her knees also bend but they don't turn like monster high.
Her knee to her ankle though are made out of this rubbery vinal that's similer to the unjointed 2010 bodies.
