I keep having trouble with the pizza dough sticking to whatever pan I use, despite the fact that I coat the pan in olive oil before placing the dough on it. Suggestions???
First stop is ALWAYS DeStefano's calzone stand. We patronize their steakhouse, so they recognize us when we're in line for calzones. It's good to have connections.

Yeh it was big... yeh i was full, but that didnt stop me taking it down ! It also didnt stop me eating a mountain of profiteroles covered in chocolate and cream afterwards...
I think theres something wrong with my stomach...
But i just feel bad sending my plate back to the kitchen dirty... :)
The Feast of San Gennaro concluded today, marking yet another year when the streets of Little Italy are impassible due to large crowds and violent amounts of Tag body spray.
Dad's home made sour dough, pizza dough for calzones, ground beef for stuffed cabbage rolls tomorrow. I don't know where the Wegmans bagel bag came from, nor do I know how my mom got it. But that bread in it IS homemade.
And my dog's medicine in the background too.

We went and saw Harry Potter this afternoon, which was a shambles beause Vue is fucking shit. Queuing for 45mins for popcorn and a drink is shocking. Film was good though. Bought a few bits from Gunwharf Quays - new gym t-shirt, some chai tea, soup mug, dog mug, think thats about it. Really need to get paid now.
Went to Frankie and Bennys for dinner and had calzone which was aamazing.
