there's this pizza joint in seattle, where they serve these calzones with the eater's name on it ... it wasn't much fun to see my name spelt the way it was ... sounded dutch to me ...

... the calzone though was great

19/1/2013 Live a bit of weekend kitchen time. Whipped up the yummiest calzone, stuffed with chicken, spinach & fetta. Even made a roasted capsicum & tomato passata to go with. Perfect dinner.
