it's called cloud cake - simple white cake with various fruits on the outside as well as the inside. i bought it at a korean bakery. the restuarant was nice enough to keep it chilled for us and then cut it up into 15 pieces for everyone at the table.

I also made another Chocolate Malteser cake as a birthday cake for me, since we enjoyed the last one so much. This time I had the right sized cake tins (I can't believe how expensive they were - £9 each from John Lewis). As you can see the cake turned out much better this time. Sorry about the picture quality though - my flash on the small camera doesn't seem to want to light it properly.
