Star Wars Lego cake for an 11 year old boy.
Both cakes (Death Star and blue base cake) are chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Covered in dark chocolate ganache and then in buttercream fondant. Figures are hand sculpted from fondant (my first attempt at figures!). Lego "Bricks" are solid chocolated molded into lego.
