Into the ravine at Monee, IL - the southbound train we almost got caught by Stunkel Road, begins its trip south.
Almost that time. Hoping for some April showers to come to my area. Hoping for March to come in like a lion and go out like a herd of elephants instead of a lamb. We need rain. The US Drought Monitor site shows us in the extreme drought area for too long now.
Maybe a rain dance would help. :-)
This isn't my photo and she isn't home yet. But this little beauty is coming home to me. She is a Soom Faery Legend Nenad. Can't wait to receive her ^___^
The comings and goings in the pedestrian tunnel under Adelaide Street, linking Anzac Square and Australia Square.
I am Using the Nikon 18-300m lens in my journey in London 2012, it is a great lens for outdoor and daily walking use.

Many skiers had skied Mount Baker the last couple of weeks, so we opted to leave snowshoes behind. Although this section was getting a bit slushy in the afternoon sun and could have been benefited from having snowshoes.
NRT1 heads back to shunt into the carriage workshops after leaving now NBH carriages in 2 road in Emerald to be collected by a passing train.

I finally found my Wataru! He's been lost in Japan somewhere. I'll be sending him money for airfare soon. I must buy him some clothing too because he's only traveling with the clothes on his back. It was a tender moment when he said he's missed me ^____^
Anybody know where I can buy some great clothing for him? What about glasses? He told me he can't see very well either...

Same came home from Korea, boarding the ship in Inchon in June 1954. Then to S. A. and Falls City for 30 days leave (vacation) before his next assignment in the bay area of California. So the slide of cutting chicken's head off with Justine was taken in Falls City before we traveled West. We traveled from here to the West Coast, stopping at many places in between. We probably stopped in El Paso to visit with former landlord as we lived in El Paso for about 6 weeks after we were married before Dad left for Korea.
